i've come to a realization that i have NO HOBBIES that DO NOT:

consume me for several hours in a hyperfocus fugue state

result in a net energy/motivation loss

any recs for activities/hobbies that have frequent natural stopping points and a good net energy gain would be so so so appreciated! (i think my ability to work/take breaks is suffering in a large part because i cannot refuel)

more on what i'm looking for:

something digital or something i can keep supplies for in a desk drawer or a small pouch

a touch of whimsy

minimal physical movement required (a major executive functioning barrier for me)
