so i don’t usually post stuff like this but i’m recently getting into writing fan fiction and stuff like that again, and i’ve noticed something when i make a oc. all my characters act the same 💔

how do i make them different?? i give them weird quirks or different characteristics but they seem to always be the same, like, cocky or soft underneath, and they never show emotion or their personality when they speak. can anyone give me advice on how to change this?
