My favourite characters are Choromatsu, Osomatsu, Totoko, and Nyaa-chan — I ship pretty much anything that involves any of them but to narrow it down a bit...
My favourite ships are Osochoro, Totonyaa, Osototo, Totochoronyaa, and Tatsuchoro — I follow the "top first, bottom second" rule for ship names, the order is intentional (though I don't necessarily hate reverse pairings, I can eat pretty much anything)
In terms of platonic pairings I really love anything with Choromatsu but especially Nenchuu and Sokudo — beyond that I also like Suuji, Parka, and Iro to name a few, also my favourite trio is Animatsu

Favorite sextuplet?
Choromatsu. Easily and by far. He's been my favourite ever since I first watched this show like ten years ago. He's like if an aggressive delinquent and a timid nerd had an ugly horny pervert baby.
Though I did briefly have Ichimatsu as my favourite before I'd finished the first season, because of the ESP kitty episode.
Favorite BLMatsu ship?
It's OsoChoro. I can't express in words how much I love these two. I love their dynamic and the roles they fall into with each other, I think they're the duo that compliment each other the most (maybe you can argue for JyushiIchi but I'm biased). I think the boke/tsukkomi routine works the absolute best with these two and the contrast between Osomatsu as the one least concerned with himself and how he comes across to others, and Choromatsu as the one most concerned with those things, is wonderful to me. I love how both their names and colours are opposites to each other and the way they used to be the closest as children but now that they've grown up they seem to be one of the most conflict-ridden pairs. Both of them try to be "leaders" of sorts to the rest of the group, although in different ways, and there seems to be a bit of a power struggle between the two of them. The fact that Choromatsu calls only Osomatsu with the "niisan" honorific, and not Karamatsu, is so interesting to me. Is it to create distance between them?
Also just, the whole thing in episode 24. I do believe Osomatsu would've reacted similarly if it were any of the brothers, but I'm going to self-indulge a bit and say that Choromatsu leaving would've been the one, out of everyone, to hurt the most for him. They used to be partners after all.
Favorite platonic duo?
Sokudo still! All that I mentioned above but just in a platonic light, still absolutely amazing. Though if I had to pick a duo that I don't really ship maybe Choukei? I can pretty much at least see any ship between any of the brothers but with this one I prefer the platonic version over the romantic one so. I like that Karamatsu doesn't really butt heads with Osomatsu in the way Choromatsu does but he's often portrayed as the one, as the second eldest, putting Osomatsu in his place when he goes too far in being a piece of garbage.
Favorite BLMatsu Trio?
ParkaChoro/OsoIchiChoro, when it comes to incest I actually rarely involve the other three in the matter except under certain circumstances (talking about blatant romantic/sexual incest not whatever enmeshment/covert incest/emotional incest bullshit they've got going on in the show, that's basically canon for all of them). There's just something about this trio that scream degeneracy to me, even if Choromatsu tries to hide his. Jyushimatsu I do see as incestuous but pretty much just with Ichimatsu. Also Osomatsu harem-wise none of them are safe. Anyways! I personally think Ichimatsu and Choromatsu are Osomatsu's favourites among his little brothers, yes he plays favourites, so I really like this trio. Also Osomatsu and Ichimatsu are my favourite of the brothers to pair up with Choromatsu, both ship-wise and platonically.
Favorite platonic Trio?
Animatsu! I love the three eldest the most so I'm the happiest when they're together. There's so many things I love about them but to keep this short I'll stick to one thing; it often feels like Choromatsu acts more like an older brother to Karamatsu than he does a younger brother. He's always consoling him and even goes so far as to say that he'll "take care of him" if it came down to it. However, when Osomatsu, the eldest, lashes out and takes his emotions out on the others, it's Karamatsu that steps up to put him in his place while Choromatsu shrinks back. In moments like that it makes me think that Karamatsu really is his big brother after all.
What BLMatsu ship you think is underrated?
I don't really have a grasp on what is and isn't popular but Tsukkomimatsu/TodoChoro is so good. Todomatsu literally kabedons Choromatsu in episode one. They're both the ones that want to escape their current life the most (and would also be the most against incest between the brothers, I think). Choromatsu is probably the only one of his older brothers that Todomatsu sees as somewhat reliable considering that he's the person he goes to when he's scared at night as well as the fact that he supported Choromatsu in the race for protagonist. Additionally, Todomatsu is pretty much the only one aside from Osomatsu that seems to derive genuine and consistent joy from making fun of Choromatsu's masturbatory habits.
Interactions between which sextuplets would you like to see more of in the anime?
I'm so biased but Sokudo. Listen, I know, but I actually don't think they interact enough even though they're one of the most common duos. There's so much unexplored territory between them that I think has great potential, like how they drifted apart compared to how they were as children, why Choromatsu started distancing himself from Osomatsu, the fact they're so incredibly similar when Choromatsu drops his façade. More of them please. Also, make them kiss.
Favorite canon BLMatsu moment?
How does one even choose such a thing? In terms of catering to my own ship preference probably Osomatsu explicitly talking about all the different ways Choromatsu could have sex with Nyaa-chan right in front of him, graphically. Or perhaps when they call each other's dicks small and Osomatsu tells Choromatsu to "whip his tiny dick out". Or maybe that short where their robot versions come out of a love hotel together. Or when Choromatsu gets all weird and calls Osomatsu a "good boy" in doramatsu.
But if we're just talking generally, um, Osomatsu's voice actor saying that he has a fetish for his brothers is pretty much something I think about every single day of my life.
Favorite scenario for your BLMatsu OTP to be in?
Choromatsu being paranoid and terrified of being caught and his relationship with Osomatsu being discovered by the rest of the family — both for incest and being gay reasons. Osomatsu over time coaxing him to lower his guard and eventually convincing him to have sex at the house for once, even though Choromatsu usually insists they do it at a hotel and take every precaution possible to make sure they'd never, ever, be caught. The both of them getting caught in the middle and Choromatsu having a full on emotional breakdown, he's completely ruined, his image will never recover. Now that everyone knows, it makes the whole situation feel so much more real, as if before this point it'd only been a dream or fantasy. He's actually been having sex with his blood brother, how could he ever become normal and decent? Being outed to the whole family and getting shamed and admonished. Sure some of them probably wouldn't care too much and I enjoy the comedic potential of nobody giving a shit and underreacting majorly. But realistically, wouldn't at least their parents be absolutely horrified? I want Choromatsu to experience that horror and shock directed at him, at the thing he was most terrified of someone discovering.

If you like Osochoro check them out, my goodness they're wonderful. Can't read Japanese? I can barely read it either, make an account and run it through it Deepl. It's accurate enough but if you have absolutely zero knowledge of Japanese it might be confusing at times, still recommend it tho. Um, all but the second one have porn so warning for that.

Totoko, Nyaa-chan andddddddd…. Iyami? I mean if girlymatsu is allowed then Choroko, easily. I really like the female characters in Osomatsu-san in general. I like that they depict women as horrible, horny, and greedy people just like the men are.
