Chris Evans + premieres
Since I've always been such a big fan of yours, I feel like that means you and I should spend the day together and do something silly. I don't know what silly thing we can do just yet, but I'm sure I'll come up with something once you agree to spend time with me and all. There's got to be plenty of silly things to do in Bora Bora, right? | @chrisewans
That's a pretty strong pitch, Ayo! Flattery and a promise of silliness? Hard to turn down. But I'm intrigued already. I mean, Bora Bora's practically built for that kind of thing, between the beaches, the boats, and whatever random adventures we stumble into, I'm sure we can find something ridiculous to get up to. So yeah, deal. I'm in. But you've set the bar high now, 'cause I expect top-tier silliness. What's your first idea, partner-in-crime?
i'm not cut out for some of these activities especially if they involve sharks. please tell me you're not looking forward to doing that? and if you are, lie about it, so i'll feel better as a concerned friend. (@chrisewans)
I value all my limbs far too much to tempt fate like that, Anna. I don't blame you, anything with sharp teeth and a fin is best admired from a safe distance, preferably with a drink in hand. So how about we stick to something a little less life-threatening? A beach, some shade, and maybe a bit of people-watching sounds far more our speed.
i've been really thinking about exploring a bit more, maybe extending my stay some and really looking into the other parts of bora bora as i don't feel the itinerary gives us much time to explore the islands and i'm all for it. we'll see, but definitely exploring more myself. is that something that interests you ? ( @chrisewans )
That sounds amazing, I actually love the idea of exploring more of Bora Bora at your own pace, it really feels like there's so much to see beyond the usual spots. The itinerary gave us a good view of the things most people do but if we feel like branching out a little and seeing things people are normally not too interested in then that's good too! I'm definitely interested, getting off the beaten path and discovering hidden corners of the islands sounds like the perfect way to spend some extra time here!
I'm really wondering if I should dive with the sharks and stingrays on Tuesday. Is that something you'd be into doing? Because it sounds like it would be a lot of fun but also sounds like it would be a little scary as well, yeah? If it's something you'd be into, do you want to do it with me? / @chrisewans
That's definitely not for the faint of heart, but I have to admit, it sounds kind of brilliant. I'm tempted, part of me thinks it would be an incredible experience, and the other part knows I'll probably be clinging to the guide at least once. If you promise doing it with you will make the whole thing way more fun, less terrifying, and probably hilarious at the same time then I'm in. I'm up for it if you are!
here they were in paradise together again, and margot couldn't be happier. even though it wasn't that long ago that she and chris were on a gorgeous island together, the fact that they were in bora bora on another holiday made her giddier than she could put into words. spending time with chris made her happier than she'd been in the longest of times, and he made her feel things that she hadn't felt in a very long time either. he got her in ways that no one else had, and because of that, she just wanted to spend all her time with him, so the fact that they were on another adventure in another beautiful place just felt meant to be. not to mention the fact that they were sharing a villa together as well, a gorgeous villa with a private pool and a view to die for. she'd grown to love over-the-water villas from their time in saint lucia, and now they had one here, and all margot wanted to do was dive right off the deck and into the pristine water that surrounded them. however, her focus was quickly taken back to the man that she was so happy to be with right now, who was currently relaxing in the private pool overlooking the water, and she decided that getting into that water and joining him sounded like a much better idea. especially once they made eye contact and chris smiled at her, a simple gesture that truly made her heart race and, she wouldn't lie, made a wave of desire rush over her too. but honestly, that was just the effect that chris had on her, and margot had grown rather used to that, and she loved every minute of it.
she slowly slipped into the pool, though, and moved over to where he was standing, sliding into the spot right next to him so she could rest her head against his shoulder and look in the direction that he was looking, trying to see what he was watching so intently. "what are we looking at?" she finally asked when margot really didn't see anything, so she was wondering if maybe chris had just been a little lost in his own world while he was standing there and hadn't been looking at anything before she joined him. margot turned her head so she could press a kiss against his bare shoulder, though, smiling against his skin, and now looking at him while she waited for him to answer. "because if you're not looking at anything important, i was thinking that maybe by joining you in the pool i could come be your distraction for a little while," she stated playfully, wiggling her eyebrows a little in the process to show that she was teasing him. "i'm not saying i'm a better view than what you're looking at right now, but..." she drew the last part out a little while before grinning a little wider at chris. @chrisewans
Chris had always thought of himself as someone who took life as it came, steady, grounded, a little reserved when it came to emotions. He wasn't the type to fall easily, nor the kind to let himself get swept up in something he didn't understand. But Margot had changed that, though he hadn't realised it at first. What started as easy laughter and friendly banter had slowly become something deeper, something that stirred him in ways he hadn't felt in years. She had this way of making everything brighter, not just the world around her, but him too. And now, standing in the private pool of their overwater villa, the ocean stretching endlessly ahead, he could feel it again, that quiet, insistent pull towards her that he could never quite put into words. He still couldn't quite wrap his head around the fact that someone like her was with him. He wasn't just captivated by her beauty, though that was impossible to ignore, it was the way she saw him, really saw him, that left him undone. He liked being back in paradise with her, their time in Saint Lucia seems very far away and was too short for his liking. He didn't mind that this was another group trip, and that he probably would go his separate way to hang out with his friends and so would Margot but his nights were all hers.
Chris had been staring out at the endless blue when Margot's voice pulled him back to earth. Truth be told, he hadn't been looking at anything in particular. He'd been thinking, really thinking, about how his life had changed in the last couple of months. Before Margot, his world had always been ordered, predictable, and comfortably quiet. He liked control, liked knowing where he stood. But she'd changed that. Being with her here, in this place that felt like paradise carved out of the sea, was more than just another escape, it was proof that the life he wanted wasn't one he had to plan meticulously. He turned slightly, the faintest smile tugging at his lips as she pressed that soft kiss to his shoulder. God, even the smallest touch from her had a way of undoing him. "I wasn't looking at anything," he said at last, his tone quiet. "Just got caught up in the moment, I guess." His eyes lingered on hers for a moment longer before he added, with that teasing glint she knew so well, "Though I'll admit, the view just got a lot better." He shifted, turning to face her more fully, his arm slipping around her waist beneath the surface of the water. The way she looked up at him made his heart do that unsteady thing again, the one he still wasn't entirely used to but he loved. He'd dated before, sure, but this was different. Every time she looked at him like that, it reminded him of why he'd fallen for her in the first place. "A distraction?" he murmured, his thumb tracing lazy circles against her back. "If that's what you're offering, I think I'd be a fool to turn it down." Right now, right there, with her, surrounded by the endless expanse of turquoise and sky, Chris realized he could travel the world a hundred times over and never find a view that compared to the one right in front of him. "Do you think we broke the internet with the post I made? I couldn't bear the idea of other men out there thinking they had a chance with you." Not that he was possessive or anything, but he liked things on their right place, and even if they haven't had that conversation yet, he was certain about his feelings and what he expected from this.
@chrisewans
You are here in Bora Bora right? Come entertain me. I need a Christopher Evans in my life. Susan said she was gonna place bets on how long it took me to find you.
I think there's a British Chris Evans who could keep you entertained when I can't. How long did it take you, by the way? If it was under an hour, drinks are on me but if it took longer than that, then I'm holding you accountable.

Chris Evans The Puppy Interview
if there's one thing i'm going to do, it's enjoy every single minute of a vacation that i'm going on, and i know i'll be doing that in bora bora. all that water that will be surrounding us? how can i not enjoy that, right? i've been looking at all the fun things to do as well, and i think skydiving might be the one thing i'm the most excited about. anyone going to join me? @infamystarters
If there's ever a place made for full-on enjoyment, it's Bora Bora. Though I've got mixed feelings 'cause I feel like this is one hell of a destination to go on vacation but I also don't wanna leave my bed. And you're suggesting to go skydiving, Ana? I'm all for a bit of adrenaline but I'm not sure! Still… I've got to admit, it does sound like the kind of view that might be worth the free fall. So yeah, count me in, and beware that I'll be screaming on the way down.
i came here at the best time since i hear there's a trip to bora bora? which is one of my favorite places to visit. the question i have is, who is going to be my buddy for the trip and do some stupid things with me? because i need someone to do stupid things with! and if you like to drink, that's all the better if you ask me. what's everyone really looking forward to about the trip? @infamystarters
Please, as if there was ever a doubt, of course it's gonna be me! I still can't believe you're actually coming on the trip. Feels like the universe finally listened to my prayers. I'm fully prepared to follow you into every ridiculous thing you do, not letting you out of my sight for a second. Well… maybe a few seconds, 'cause I should probably make plans with other people too. I'm kinda tempted by that cooking competition, even though I already know I'd end up dead last. You'd join me, right? Is this what you meant by the stupid stuff?
I feel like I've not seen your face in enough things lately, so the question I have is when am I going to see your face again? What's your next project that I can look forward to seeing? Because I like looking at you, obviously. Who in this world doesn't? But I also love watching you act, so I can't wait to see what film you have next to watch! / @chrisewans
Probably during the Bora Bora trip if you're going! I'm kidding, but I got nothing new cooking on my end right now. I mean, if you haven't seen Materialists, Honey Don't, or Sacrifice, you could always give those a go, but that's about it for now. Sorry to disappoint, Rach. What about you though? Pretty sure the last thing I caught you in was Superman, anything else lined up?
CHRIS EVANS in MATERIALISTS (2025) dir. Celine Song
i don't think i've thanked you enough for going on holiday with me. well, maybe that's not true because i might have thanked you plenty while we were on holiday together, but maybe i didn't say the words enough? i had a really good time with you, if that much wasn't obvious, though i'm pretty sure it was obvious. and thank you for being my plus one for horror nights as well and not grumbling too much when i asked you to wear a matching costume with mine. you looked cute by the way, but i don't think that's a hard task for you, since you're always looking pretty cute. but either way, i know that being around a lot of people like that isn't your favorite thing, so it means a lot that you went through that to be my plus one. i'll be honest, i'm not ready to let you go back home just yet and want to hog your attention for a little while longer, but i know you've got to go home. so don't make fun of me when i pout about your leaving, okay? also, you ready for bora bora? you're going to make time for me while we're there, right? @chrisewans
I think you did thank me plenty though I'll never turn down a few extra, love. But really, the thanks goes both ways. That trip was exactly what I needed. Besides, I had such a good time with you and yeah, it was definitely obvious. I'll admit it, the matching costume thing grew on me. At first, I thought you were kidding but once I saw how into it you were, there was no way I could say no. And I'll take the "cute" comment, though I'm still saying you stole the show. You made that whole night a lot more fun than I expected even with me pretending I wasn't jumping every time something popped out. And you don't have to thank me for being your plus one. Crowds aren't really my scene, you're right about that, but you made it better. So if I grumbled, it was only because I was trying to look tough. Now I'd never make fun of you for pouting. It's kind of flattering and makes it a lot harder to get on that plane, though. You better believe I'm making time for you while we're there. I can't wait to find out what kind of trouble we get into.
I haven't decided, but I'm asking you all to help me. Would you think if you were meeting someone you idolized, you'd bring up the fact that they used to think your dad was hot? I had a fan recently do this to me. They were on the older side, but they were talking about how great I look for my age after having wrestled as long as I have. Then they were weirdly flirty, then they just casually dropped, "Oh yeah, your dad was my favorite." Like what? It's one thing to mention my dad, but to mention him after you awkwardly hit on me? Am I weird for suddenly asking my team to remove the guy because he was just giving me yick vibes? @infamystarters
You're absolutely not weird for that. I'd say you handled it better than most people would. That's... a weird move from that fan. There's admiration and then there's crossing the line into yick territory, and that definitely sounds like the latter. I mean, who thinks that's a smooth transition? There's no version of that that doesn't make the whole room uncomfortable. You have every right to set boundaries and feel safe, even if it's just a fan interaction. I don't think you're overreacting at all. You meet hundreds of people, you shouldn't have to spend any of that time feeling uneasy. I'd certainly have ve done the same thing. Probably with a little less grace.
it would be a pretty emotionless expression, right? he's kind of good at those. sometimes i don't know whether he's happy or annoyed. i shall keep you updated on that one. yeah, i don't doubt that. he's done some amazing things and he just seems so dedicated to the job. alright alright, thought i could maybe get something out of you but yeah... well, i saw that hemsworth and ruffalo are in a movie together now so there is always a possibility of having you and sebastian reunite at some point. you know, i'd love to see you two in some type of buddy cop movie. kind of like what will ferrell and mark wahlberg did once. it was one of the best cameos in the movie. did it take long to convince you to do that or were you immediately in? i saw the new fantastic four and i love the new casting. they're all pretty great so i can't wait to see them interact with all the others in the new avengers movie.
Yeah, you're right I don't think he'd show the slightest hint of emotion, but I'd still pay good money to see that face. Probably both at once, or just plain annoyed, after all these years, I don't think I can tell his expressions apart either. Two absolute legends, those two! But yes, I really hope someone out there is cooking up the perfect movie for the two of us. Hopefully it won't be too hard to find a great script and two solid roles to sink our teeth into. A buddy cop film would be a blast, I've played a detective before, but being a cop alongside Seb would be a whole different kind of fun. It'd be tough to top those two geniuses, I'm not sure I've got quite their knack for comedy, but I'd give it a shot. It didn't take long, actually. Ryan reached out, and it was an instant yes when he told me what the scene would be about. It was a dream come true, and the best part is I don't have to worry about being asked to come back again. I can't wait to see that movie though. And RDJ coming back as Doom, it's going to be incredible.
Oh no. That's a recipe for disaster. Like doing things back to back would kill me. In days where I felt lazy, I would just do one thing. Oh no no. I did none of that on the cruise. It is technically imposisible for me to work out currently. I love hosting as long as someone else is doing the cooking so hey, if you want to cook but someone else to host, holler at me.
I think we're out of our minds for even thinking about working out while on vacation. The real question is, are we actually going to do the same once we're in Bora Bora? If you don't mind your guests complaining about every dish, then I'm your guy. I lie, I'm a decent cook, even if my mom would say the opposite.
