State of the Art Blog

It's been a while since I've posted. I kinda went into a bit of a hiatus. I wasn't happy with my art and I needed some changes in my personal life (basically just needed to find a different place to work). I'm less stressed and have more free time now! That free time has made it easier for me to make art. I've also been taking some art classes.

Hopefully I'll get back into a regular posting schedule. My first post will be shortly after this one. After that, I'm thinking of every other Saturday.

Tabby had a bit of a klutzy accident last night. She jumped up and slide off the landing at the top of the stairs and fell down, smacking her face into something along the way.

You can see a cut on her cheek and her nose :(

Took her to an emergency vet late last night and she's fine, just needs some pain meds for a day or two

Just got back from the Ghost concert

We got 2nd row! It was amazing! That curtain drop at the beginning definitely malfunctioned and my side got to be blanketed by it so that was fun

Also once during the show Papa looked at me and that was the moment I panicked bc of the eye contact and forgot the words. I was so frazzled I can't even remember what the song was now 😆

Papa also looked at me a couple times. The first time I was flustered cause I wasn't expecting eye contact and ended up darting my eyes to anywhere but his. Second time, I told myself to chill. Besides, he probably wasn't looking directly at me. There were a lot of people crammed together. He could have been looking at someone near me.

I got my first drum cover up! It's only the ending of The Scientist by Coldplay. This was for a Drumeo collab, but I ended up missing the deadline. I also made a new Youtube channel specifically for drumming.
