Big Brother Canada is back is so are eight familiar faces. Eight former players are getting a second chance this season to take home the grand prize, although based on their past performances some may have a better chance than others. Here are our picks for who we think will improve on their Big Brother Canada legacy and those who may be doomed to repeat their past mistakes.

8. Bruno Ielo – Big Brother Canada 3 – 7th Place Bruno did fairly well last time around but his down fall was he played an emotional game such as when he tried to avenge Graig’s departure and how he let his disagreement with Sarah spiral out of control. Unless Bruno can learn to play more with his head and not his heart he might be targeted early.

7. Ika Wong – Big Brother Canada 2 – 12th Place Her first time around, Ika had the same problem as Bruno; she sometimes lets her emotions get the better of her in the house. Like Bruno, if she can maintain her composure she could be a force to be reckoned with.

6. Sindy Nguyen – Big Brother Canada 3 – 11th Place Sindy with an ‘S’ is a sly one. She was booted second on Big Brother Canada 3, won her way back into the house and was voted out again the next week. Sindy played too strong and too fast, making herself a massive target. Sindy needs to convince others she can be trusted and pull an Assassin’s Creed and fade into the background, striking when the opportunity arises if she is to survive.

5. Gary Levy – Big Brother Canada 1 – 2nd Place It is a moment Gary must have replayed in his mind a million times. If Topaz had voted correctly, for the person she truly wanted to win, Gary would have beaten Jillian by a single vote. Will the past cause Gary to overplay his hand? During his first stint in the house, Gary had a great social game and if he can manoeuvre his way through the game once again in that fashion, he might end up in the winner’s circle.

4. Kevin Martin - Big Brother Canada 3 – 9th Place Side-tracked by his relationship with Pilar, Kevin never really got to play as aggressively as he might have wanted to or fans expected him to. If Kevin doesn’t allow himself to be distracted and keeps his eye on the prize, we might see a whole new Kevin Martin on Big Brother.

3. Dallas Cormier – Big Brother Canada 4 – 12th Place Dallas had all the makings of a fantastic Big Brother player. He had a great social game and could read the house really well during Big Brother Canada 4. The problem was Dallas was too busy striving to be the life of the party rather than focusing on the game and by the time he did, it was too late. Dallas has the social skills and the game smarts to go very, very far.

2. Cassandra Shahinfar – Big Brother Canada 4 – 4th Place Cassandra took many by surprise proving to be a loyal ally and a shrewd strategist despite playing a transparent game. It may take a lot of ground work on her part to calm people’s fears but if she can gain the trust of others, she could place better than her respectable showing on Big Brother Canada 4.

1. Neda Kalantar – Big Brother Canada 2 – 3rd Place So close and yet so far. Like Gary, Neda had a win torn from her grasp. Possibly the returning Houseguest with the most to prove there is no doubt that Neda is the most dangerous. Will she be able to counter her notoriety for being a BBCAN mastermind and deflect any mistrust? We will all have to tune in to find out.
