this series of pictures is absolutely stunning. you captured the essence of each individual eye with the picture it is paired with. the one yellow one feels fiery and explosive, the tired one feels dull (and i love the half closed eye to express tired), and this one feels excited. the second picture looks like i’m looking into a diamond reflecting light everywhere or like i’m zooming past a million stars. amazing work.

i am brought back to this post because i remember on first viewing i absolutely loved it. these pictures are so cool. i love using reflection in a lot of pictures and these two just stand out. these are fun to look at and tell two distinct stories through the same natural phenomenon: reflection. great work.

it’s as if yoann is creating an extension of these artists’ work in the present. their use of black and white photography makes the clouds stand out boldly. yoann’s work with its bold blues makes the clouds feel dream-like.

This is on my building and when I saw this I got chills. I think it’s beautiful and it’s nice way to Thanks the essentials workers. As a son of an essentials workers I cannot agree more with this kind of action. I know for sure my mother will love to see this with her own eyes.

this is definitely not a bad place to spend during quarantine. i see these pictures and wish i was in this world. it feels green, lush, and healthy. it’s seperated from a bustling city. it’s quiet and comforting, only nature can be heard. these beautiful pictures entice me into their world. great work.

i see these photos and i feel as though i was there with you. i’m being brought into this moment of time through these pictures of this dog walk. it’s unfortunate that this was your only time going out during quarantine, though the happy energy of these pictures blurs that sadness.

the power of the human brain to detect faces in things that aren’t faces is really interesting. i like this display of photos because it includes both real living faces and facades.

this is a great collection of pictures. although they each say something individually, they come together to tell one story: life. your use of the color yellow in every picture to show how these all connect is a very strong display of creativity. even in the black and white photo, the only color we see is that yellow. very impressed with this set of photos.

Blue, Blue is a free color, which could make people whose see it calm and thoughtful.

these are very bold blues. the consistency of the blues in the background of each picture makes the object in front of it seem more important. i really appreciate this style of photography.

Look Up  from David Latham

very interesting way of putting your photographs together. instead of a blog post, this looks and feels like a museum exhibit. you didn’t just take the pictures, you made the way in which they are displayed a part of the art as well. i love the message of looking up; i definitely need to look up more.

this is a beautiful set of photos. you seem to be taking care of this individual, i would assume your son, with gentle care. this shows the love and comfort in your relationship. the added quote here is important to the story of these photos as well. nice touch.

i love how you edited this in a way where the branches appear to jut out from the central image. i also love the sunset colors behind the tree branches. beautiful collage here.
