The scary thing about this is that it's arguable (and already proven) that the people we throw into jail don't always come out less harmful, threatening, or dangerous. With the time they've spent in captivity, they've used that to better train their minds which correlates to bettering their abilities.

So glad I started meditating daily. This has given me more insight on how to better use my silent time rather than just counting my breaths... but I guess that not all that bad...
