So stoked to finally release this passion project!

In 2017 I moved home, back to the Sunshine Coast, and started my business in content creation. Over the past few years I've spent a lot of time exploring the natural beauty of this area, both for work and play; regardless, I always made sure my camera was close by. Throughout this period I’ve been able to collect some of my all-time favourite footage and I’m so excited to finally share it with you in my “Tribute to the Sunshine Coast”

Rock jumping before & after... kids. We have the photo of me diving into a lake hanging on the wall at our house, and the kids talk about this picture from time to time, pointing out to me that it's me in the photo. New identity for the city of Porto

In June of 2014, we were invited to design the new identity for the city of Porto and its city hall.

The challenge presented was very clear. The city needed a visual system, a visual identity that could organize and simplify communication with the citizens, and could at the same time define a clear hierarchy, bringing together the city and the city hall. We needed to represent Porto, a global city, the city for everyone.

That city could never be an empty entity, or a mere geographic location, restrained by physical boundaries. It is filled with life, with character, with icons and symbols, with habits and ways of living, with landmarks, landscapes and a very particular horizon. It could not be summed up in a few buildings. It is alive, and its identity shouldn’t be fixed or closed. It needed to breathe and grow every day. Ancient, Very Noble, Always Loyal, Undefeated City of Porto.

Porto has always been a very passionate city. It has a scale that allows for a relationship of proximity. Here we feel cozy, we feel at home. We develop a feeling a ownership with every landmark, with every street. The city is ours. And with each step we recognize its accent and its attitude.

Stoked to finally get the kids out in the canoe for a paddle... they loved and were asking if they could go out again last night before bed. They really liked when the eagle flew down and grabbed a fish right out of the water, and then ate it up on a tree on a little island right by us. #doingawesomethingstogether

A &C turned 2 on Saturday. We thought, let’s get a cute picture of them being two-year olds! Turns out that's way harder than you’d think. We shot dozens of photos at different locations trying to get a good photo. They did everything in their power to not look at the camera, or be in the frame at the same time. So this is the best we got. I guess they were just being two-year olds. Mission accomplished.

C & A just turned 22-months, so we picked up new helmets and got them on their push-bikes for the first time. It was drizzling a bit so we had to play around down in the car park, but they did have a pretty good time. Colin is already pretty bruised up from a few other tumbles (he’s got a solid bruise on his cheek), so why not add a few more.
