Hiya! Call me Quinn on here. I'm making this account to record some of my symptoms and try to figure out whats going on with me and blogging makes things easier to sort my thoughts.

Scoliosis (corrected by surgery)

Chronic pain (from not doing what I was supposed to do while recovering from surgery)

I'm finally FINALLY getting my shit together and going to a doctor about me possibly having POTS I mentioned a few weeks ago about my heart rate spiking to 120+ to my sister and she looked at me like I was insane for not saying anything sooner so I have a appointment with a new primary and I'm gonna talk to her about all this shit so let's see what happens

some of the things I've noticed

brain fog

lightheadedness especially after standing up or standing for a while

blood pooling in my legs

heartrate increase after standing

difficulty catching my breath after standing

Presyncope

just general dizziness

POTS folks, how long do you need to be in the heat for it to trigger your symptoms?

My symptoms are triggered within minutes of being in the heat

My symptoms are triggered within hours of being in the heat

My symptoms are triggered within days of being in the heat

The heat does not trigger my POTS symptoms

Ok kinda nervous to talk about this, but I need somewhere to yap about my symptoms to make it easier to talk to a doctor about when finally gain the confidence to make the call
