Happy new DCC release day!

I’ve barely slept in the last 7 months (thanks prednisone). I’m in constant pain and trying to hold everything together at work and home.

DCC has LITERALLY kept me going. Is it everyone’s cup of tea? No. But it’s my cup of tea.

(I spend a looot of time listening to Dungeon Crawler Carl … it’s become my comfort space when I can’t sleep because of my condition and I have listened to the audiobooks probably 20+ times. Maaaaybe not healthy. Pretty sure I should get an achievement for that. 😂)

Prologue (aka The Info Dump, or The Part Everybody Skips)

I’m old. Not old enough to qualify as a boomer … but I’ve seen the horrors of posting everything about your life on FB and quickly ran the other direction. However, I find myself needing to talk about what’s going on. To vent. Expound. Pontificate. I’d join a support group but since being diagnosed with a sub-type of Autoimmune Myositis, with a prevalence of about 3-5 thousand people in the US, there’s not a lot of people to talk to.

I’m hoping that my posts will help the next person trying to find information. If you’re not that person, just skip the boring shit and (hopefully) enjoy my doodles. 💕
