I want a lot and I’m gonna achieve all of it
A baby elephant’s first time on the beach!
Because elephants should be happy, not poached or captive.
ahhh really? Yeah I was the only one but made lots of friends :3 I'm kind of sick though and my body clock is off since coming back @_@ I think my Korean is intermediate. I liked walking on my own and that's where I got to get used to only using Korean lol. I also walked in on a Korean church, when I came back a second time a lot of people recognized me xD I liked going to the traditional markets the most.
When did you come back? I know exactly what you mean, but I didn't get sick. Many of my friends went to places alone too! Did you go to Insadang? There was a nice bar in front of Ajou called Plan B which was well-known amongst foreigners, but they moved near to Suwon yok a year ago.
lol were you the only one from UTA at Ajou when you went too? haha
I wasn't! Two other girls went with me but we didn't know each other until we got to Korea. We stuck with each other and still to this day we meet every two weeks or so to eat and chat about life. Aww! You were the only one from UTA? That's already! You made plenty of friends anyways. How is your Korean? Would you say you're intermediate?
The university in Wisconsin Aeoclaire something like that offers a program too :3 there was a lot of people from there. That's really interesting xD My major is political Science :3
Yes! I made several friends from there!
Oh really? I got to school at UTA :3
Oh wow, Im going there. I should have known since I think UTA is only one of the few schools that offer a study abroad program for Ajou. What is your major?
I'm from Texas in the US :3 I took Korean culture from an international perspective (best class ever, lots of learning and no work x3) and Korean language 2! I don't know the teacher you mentioned but I know scott.
What a coincidence, I live in the DFW area. Which school do you go to? I see, Craig Milner taught A business course. I heard of Scott!
I don't really remember, but I know we took the bus that went over the bridge leading to the island. The bridge is only available at low tide, afterwards it's covered in water. It reminded me of Spirited Away x3
Gah, it's been so long, I can't remember. What made you decide to study in Korea? Was it the Kpop/Korean drama sensation?
I want to travel before school starts in three weeks, but no one to go with.
It's Time
It's been decided. I will start working my way up.

The next morning we woke up around 8am to go to Dong river - East river. It was rafting day and I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. Lots of fun I mean! Although it was a two hour drive to East river, it was worth it. Once we arrived, we were greeted by several teachers and trainers that eventually accompanied us on our rafting adventure. We all split in teams. My team consisted of Professor Milner, Jungwoo, Hyerin, Heewon, the pretty Chinese boy, Qiao Qiao, Paris, Tinu, a Chinese girl, me and our trainer/teacher. Our teacher was so cool. We sang songs while pedaling. The view appeared very green and natural. There were lots of mountains around and the water was an aqua color. You bet we got to take a swim. I was one of the first to jump off. Sadly, my sunglasses didnt survive and I ended breaking them. Jungwoo swam near me as we splashed each other with water. He asked, what happened to your sunglasses? Who knew a few weeks later that he would give me a pair of sunglasses as a go-away present.
The water was not to warm nor cold, the temperature was just right. Too bad we only got to swim for 15 minutes or to me it felt like only minutes.
Going back to 2012
A Gentleman’s Dignity was showing while I was in Korea. I recall Paris and Tinu watching it once in a while in the general living room at night. I was uninterested cause I didn’t want to watch Korean dramas when I was in Korea.
To be honest, I tried watching the drama twice before, but I couldn’t pass the third episode due to the main actress’ exaggerating cuteness. Third times the charm. I decided to give it another shot and have three more episodes before I finish this series.
I looked passed her cuteness (often skipped her parts). My favorite couple is the 17 years difference Mehri and Yoon. Honestly, Mehri’s continuous whines were also annoying. However, Yoon. Wow. Yoon. I knew from the start that I would like his character the most. Now I’m obsessed with Yoon (played by Kim Min Jong). From the way he wore his suits and vests to his casual attire when throwing baseballs to release his stress. He does not look his age. I hope he gets married soon.
WHY YOU SHOULD DRINK A SHITLOAD OF WATER DAILY Your brain is your biggest liquid asset. It is composed of more than 85 percent water. Little wonder then that if you are dehydrated, your thinking ability drops dramatically, as does the performance of your whole body. ● Water is 2nd only to oxygen in survival. A body can live for minutes without oxygen, for a few days without water, and several weeks without food. ● The human body is 60% water, blood is 90% water, muscles are 75% water, and bone is 25% water. Water is one of the main structures of the body. Drain your body of water you’ll be left with a few pounds of chemicals that are worth about $5 you guys! ●Your brain is 1/50 of your total body weight, but it receives 20% of the blood circulation, so 1/5 of your body’s water requirements come from your brain. ●Water balances and regulates almost every other system in the body — temperature regulation, digestion, and waste excretion. You cannot eliminate toxins from your body with insufficient water. ●Most headaches and feelings of fatigue are caused by dehydration. ●You lose about 10 cups of fluid each day in sweat, urine, and bowel movements. Even the air you exhale contains vital water vapor. ●If you wait until you are thirsty to drink, you are already dehydrated. Unlike hunger, thirst is a bad sign. ●Drinks that contain caffeine (colas and coffee) are diuretics, which means they lessen the body’s ability to absorb and retain water — they rob the body of water. ●It is the most time efficient way of improving your mood and overall performance. It takes seconds to drink a glass of water, but the benefits last for hours. ●Combined with a healthy lifestyle, drinking water increases weight loss.
