Fruit Platter - Banana, yellow watermelon, strawberries, pear, grapes, pomegranate frozen blueberries and figs.
Veggie Platter with a yummy Caramel-Apple Dip - made with 3 large medjool dates, 1 small apple and enough water to blend.
Papaya Smoothie Bowl! Topped with frozen blueberries, banana slices, strawberry chunks, green grapes, mint, lime, hemp hearts and papaya seeds.
Fruit Platter - Strawberries, grapes, pear, two tiny tangerines, two bananas with date paste, pomegranate and blueberries, with hemp hearts and mint.
Its sad how when we see an animals ribs, hip bones, and collarbones, we think its sad and abusive. But when we see them on women, its a form of beauty.
The picture on the left is not a “before” photo, not really. It’s a “during” photo, and that only makes me prouder. It shows the great length of this journey I’m on. The bathing suit I’m wearing in said photo was a serious accomplishment for me, it was the same suit I wore as an eleven year old, and I remember the vibrant pride I felt when I could put it on and zip it up. Now? It doesn’t fit. I don’t fit into the same bathing suit that I did when I was eleven. I can’t even describe how fucking good that feels.

It's very true, often women get discouraged when the number on the scale remains the same, however, its all about how you feel! Not what a number says.
