Discipline will turn you into the person you always wanted to be
2 weeks out from my 10k!
And I’m still so scared I’ll overdo it and re-awaken injuries. That fear has helped me take my runs super easy though. So I guess I have accepted that I’ll be staying slow for now.
But I reallyyy don’t want to run a 5+ hour marathon next year. So I need to stay active and work on my endurance and speed work during my 1.5 month off season this winter.
I’m hoping that getting my bodyfat down will help too. And then I have been lifting heavier and adding in the lifts I used to do when I was bodybuilding and training for my first half marathon. Because training for a half I found to be pretty easy at an 11:20-12:30 pace back in the day. Trying to just stay ACTIVE. as much as possible.
Been walking on the treadmill at work for my lunch too. I try not to get sweaty from it though 😆
Exercise. Avoid drama, embarrassments & toxic people. Look amazing. Get smarter. Embrace peace. Eat clean. Make a ton of money. Level up your circle. Stay pure. Be untouchable. Talk less. Be magnetic & intuitive. Pray more. Think highly of yourself. Be the most precious creature on earth, protected by God.

Got 3 consecutive miles running in yesterday! Took me 39 minutes. But got it done! We are BACK BABY!
Was terrified I wouldn’t be able to because I had awful knee pain Saturday and it was still there Sunday. Did the quad stretch my PT recommended and got INSTANT RELIEF.
I had some ankle pain the last two miles but it disappeared after the run. No soleus pain. Plenty of energy! Took it plenty slow so that I could finish and get the time on my feet.
I’m starting to understand that the point of running slowly and comfortably is really so that you can endure running for a long time. I’m hoping to work on some speed work this winter off season.
Marathon training begins mid-January for me!
wake up early, meditate, eat nutritious food, stay active, study, journal, love yourself, level up 🩰🍵🕯️
