Snow always has a calming effect
September 2022 we were able to go back international. We choose to do Spain because it was the place we had planned to visit for our 10 year anniversary. Although we were unable to make it for the 10th, It was so amazing being able to go for our 11th. We did Barcelona, Mallorca, Seville and Tarifa.

Haven’t been active in a while so I wanted to come on here and say hey! This is my dedicated place on the internet to talk about traveling and discovering new places and I haven’t really written about it in such a long time, I don’t even know why. Probably life getting busy! But I promise that is about to change. There are a few places I didn’t share from 2022 and in March 2023 we moved to Florida. Crazy I know! We sold most of our things and packed up our little belongings and started driving from Arizona to Florida! I really want to discover more Florida and i hope I can share about it here! More to come
Haven’t been here in a while.
I was thinking today I really needed to catch up on my blogging especially because half of 2022 is gone.
So far we’ve been able to visit some spectacular places including some national parks.
March 2022 we crossed Olympic National Park in Washington off our list. The rainforest here have been on my mind for so many years, but because of one thing or the other we just never got around to go. Being here felt so great!
June 2022 - Yellowstone National Park
Being here was definitely an experience. The beauty was just spectacular. The altitude was crazy! And the altitude sickness that came with is was crazier!!! But now that this whole area is so damage by flood I am so glad we were able to see it. Here is to hoping nature heels fast so more people can experience such a beauty
Everyone thinks of the desert and the crazy heat when they hear of Arizona but what people forget is how beautiful the desert is once winter comes around. The next few months will be amazing here in Arizona
First time traveling on the Amtrak was a very unique experience I wish to experience again. Find out more.
The beautiful colors of Death Valley during sunrise
A road trip on the coast of Califonia is the most relaxing thing ever
Visiting Channel Island National Park has been such a highlight of this year
Went to Death Valley for the first time back in 2019. We completely forgot the federal employees were on strike that week and the road that takes you to the Artist Pallet was still closed due to having nobody to open it.
Took EXACLY 2 years for us to be able to return there and finally drive the Artist Pallet
The colors were so amazing. Way more amazing than a camera could ever capture
Finally made it to Cathedral Gorge State Park
Hallstatt, Austria
By far one of the most amazing memories in my mind
2019 in Croatia ... if only that was today
Goblin Valley State Park
I am so happy we were able to do a little of a detour to see this state park
The rock formations here were so unique
The calm of the snow
Seriously, one of the best hikes I’ve ever done. Such an accomplishment
One of the things I wanted to do the most since I was a teenager was visit the tulip fields in Washington.
Which meant timing a trip there when that festival was going one. 2018 was the year. It meant sacrificing an entire day just to make it due to the INSANE traffic (it took us 2 hours to complete the last 6 miles)
But we did it!
Now I look back and I am so happy to remember that day full of colorful tulips and to remember I was able to make it happen.
