A small prayer was spoken in the back of his mind, hand going into his pocket and retrieving a small object. "I have one thing to ask though…"Michael’s sentence was paused as he got down on one knee, looking up at Yuma with bright emeralds. Michael presented the ring to his love of his life, heart pounding loudly in his chest as he finally asked the life changing question.”Yuma Tsukumo, will you marry me?”His head was spinning, the adrenaline keeping him grounded and centered as he awaited her response, hopefulness clear in his eyes.

    “Mihael?” Cyra popped her head out. “You ever sleep?” it seemed the young man assigned to her guard here was never sleeping, always watching over her. He was a sweet person,and she didn’t mind having him around, but he hardly seemed to sleep. That worried her.

"My lady, I am not permitted to sleep until I am certain that you are safe and properly looked after. I would be failing if you were to require a drink and I were asleep."  His words were soft, gaze echoing that softness despite the sharp edges and the armor that the boy wore. His prince wanted to ensure her safety while she was here and put Mihael to the task, putting all of his faitl in the boy. Yes, perhaps he was tired... But it was part of his training to resist that and press onward, fighting it off until he was certain that he could stay awake no longer and then he'd have to pass his task onto one of his brothers- Thomas or Christopher.

   A soft gulp, a faint blush and - she was thanking any deity that she could that Michael was holding her up - and a word left her.

    “Please?” her tone was a little shaky,nervous, excited. Yuma pressed a soft kiss to his jaw,stomach doing flip flops. She nearly felt her skin go red to her ears at his comment. Hopefully he wouldn’t notice the small wetness that accumulated down there,from his tone and the small kisses placed on her skin…

"In that case... Let's-"  Michael ceased his touches and kisses, scooping Yuma up and carrying her, bridal style, to the bed, placing her down gingerly. "-move somewhere more comfortable." "And let's lose these silly clothes." With nothing left to say, Michael didn't waste a second in resuming his kisses, trailing them along her collarbone, over her shoulders; anywhere he could touch her delicate, caramel skin. As much as he wanted the cloth removed from her, he wanted to tease her. Yuma made such adorable noises, after all. Slowly, his fingers trailed across her skin, brushing her thigh before dipping between her legs, brushing across the cloth for a moment and then retreating.

     Her blush grew,skin tingling at his touch. Yuma’s hands shakily placed themselves on Michael’s shoulders,to balance herself. The girl stood in a pair of heels that were a little less than stable. Her breath hitched a little.

      “A-anon. The gray face trapped me in this u-until tomorrow unless someone undresses me.”

Warm breath caressed her skin as Michael let out an airy chuckle. "Well-"  The Arclight punctuated his statement with kisses trailing up her neck, voice dropping to a low whisper, "-if you have no objections, I could do that for you."  The arm around her waist shifted to steady her in the heels, keeping her body pressed to his as Michael grazed the shell of her ear with his teeth, nipping at her earlobe as he moved his lips back down her neck, working toward her shoulders. "As nice as it looks on you... I think it'd look so much better on the floor."

    Yuma fidgeted, pulling the dark,frilly material down to cover her ass. Under the skirt was a scrap of lace that could barely be called underwear, along with stockings that accentuated her legs. Her other arm covered her top part,which was in nothing but a lacy,flimsy black bra.

    “W-whats that look for?” her face was bright red. Where was a blanlet when she needed it?

"What's the outfit for?"  His response was without hesitation, brow remaining raised but the smile fading slightly. Part of him wanted to close the distance. To indulge himself in the revealed curves and her soft skin, but he knew that she probably wouldn't be too keen on that. Even so, he made a move toward Yuma, arm going around her waist and tugging her against his body.  He was silent, moving to flutter light kisses on her neck and shoulders, free hand resting on her hip, idly playing with the black cloth.

"Well, this certainly wasn't what I was expecting..." Michael's brow rose as he inspected her outfit, lips curled into a sly grin that was reminiscent of the one that Thomas usually wore.

    “You can try to escape.” she grinned,pressing her legs a little more forcefully. Yuma buried her face into his neck,lips pressing against the warm skin, a purr leaving her cute lips. “Even so, I have ways of keeping you here!” her arms wrapped around his neck, one leg going around his waist. “Mine.” she murmured into him.

Michael shivered in her grasp, trying to keep a hold on the situation. "Y-Yeah, I'm all yours. Just as-" Michael shifted them both so it was a lot more comfortable, pressing his lips to her caramel skin, purring warmly. "- you are mine... My sweet ray of hope..." His words dripped with affection, the boy's hands starting to wander her figure, tracing her curves, fingertips trailing across warm skin as if he were memorizing every inch of her, despite having done that already. A delicate smile curled the corners of his mouth upwards as he leaned in, whispering into her ear. "I love you, Yuma." Words weren't enough to show how much he loved his darling angel... She was the best thing that had ever happened to him. He didn't know what he'd do if he lost her... And there just weren't enough words to tell her that without talking for too long.

   ”You can come into the cocoon if you want. It’s warm and soft.” she opened the blanket and wrapped an arm around him, successfully trapping him in the swath of blankets like it was a pair of wings. Yuma herself was dressed in a very over sized shirt and stockings that went nearly to the top of her thighs.

    Yuma twined her legs around one of his, and trapped him even more. “There. You’re my prisoner.”

Meadow green orbs slid closed and a smile placed itself on his lips, allowing Yuma to ensnare him. It certainly put a damper on his plan to cook anything for Yuma, finding himself being wrapped in the blankets, but no objections passed his lips, though. Arms went around Yuma and Michael held her close, nuzzling his darling girlfriend affectionately. "If I'm your prisoner, does that mean I have to try to escape?" She was warm and the scent of rose was soothing, comforting Michael as he pressed his lips to her cheek. "Because I'd much rather stay right here with you, Yuma."

      — “I look terrible, I’d rather stay in.” she was in a blanket cocoon and wasn’t likely to come out anytime soon. The only thing visible was her face - which consisted of a red nose that was rather stuffy.

Staying in and eating Michael's homemade chicken soup, it was. The Arclight boy got down to her level, cupping Yuma's face in his hands and pressing a quick kiss to her lips before resting his forehead against her own. "Do you want to cuddle and watch a movie or anything? Or are you just gonna sit here, in your cocoon all day?"  Michael was only teasing, the smile never leaving his lips. If she didn't feel good, it was his duty to take care of her. If that meant crawling into her cocoon with her, that was what he'd do. III placed a soft kiss on her nose, green hues gazing at her with nothing but adoration.

Sick.... He felt sick.  Mind reeling, he just kept throwing rocks, watching the ripples in the water. His family was back together, yes... But at what price? He had given his everything for his father... His brothers. Only to end up feeling absolutely miserable.

He wanted to go back to the WDC days, when he was fighting for something... When he believed he could achieve that goal and didn't have to be so emotionally attached to others. Because all that he had now was heartache and suffering he didn't ask for.

Michael swallowed hard. Confessing his love to Yuma would be easy enough…. It was the latter half that was more difficult, though failure was more frightening of a prospect, considering the loss of his memories. So he decided to do it when he picked her up after work…"Just do it and it’ll be fine." Michael hummed to himself, hand in his pocket and playing with the small box he had shoved into it. He hoped that she’d like it… Honestly, he hadn’t said anything to his brothers or father yet, so he hoped that they’d approve of his choice in suitors. Thomas might be a little upset, if only because he liked her too. But he could get over it, III told himself.A calm sigh escaped the pink-haired boy, eyes fluttering shut and his hands lacing together behind him as he waited for Yuma to come out. He had just gotten off work and changed as soon as he was done, so his uniform was in the back seat… Hopefully that didn’t seem classless to her."My darling, sweet Yuma-" He started, practicing with himself but stopping suddenly, not wanting her to hear him and ruin everything.

    — Work was over! Huzzah! A small smile was placed on the student’s features,happy to be free of work for a few days due to fighting for it; days to spend with friends, and…

         Michael. That small smile grew soft, eyes warm with happiness. She unwound her hair from its heavy bun, the ebony tresses falling to her waist. In the locker room, the constricting waitress uniform left her body for a soft,cotton dress in a floral print. Black heels were  for pink  flats, and she was back to normal.

          ”Michael!” she waved her hand. “I’m out!” Yuma nearly skipped over,arms wrapping happily around the other.

He was stunned for a moment. Yuma looked absolutely adorable and he almost wanted to voice that opinion, thought he opted for silence and placing a kiss on her cheek instead. Michael's own arms went around Yuma, the boy chuckling lightly and nuzzling her. "I see that. And I managed to talk them into letting me have a few days off too." He responded happily, thrilled that he had managed to squeeze in some time with Yuma after how busy the two had become. Indulging in her presence, he decided to just hold her close for a moment more.  Arms rested around her waist, keeping her close but steering her away from his little surprise. He couldn't have her discovering everything so soon and ruining it, could he? "So, any idea what you'd like to do, Yuma?"  Michael's tone was dripping with sweetness, lips pressing themselves to her cheek one or two more times.
