Huge for me to be able to recognize that there are different parts of myself that want different things that may be conflicting but still equally valid and thats ok And theres no one singular answer or anything i think i went about all these years thinking that i would just Know like there was a singular truth about me but thats just not how it works and i have to be ok with that. You cant please every part of yourself the same way that you cant please everyone else. And im writing this here because i need to be able to remember this and hold the feeling of nuance in my body and to feel safe despite my uncertainty. Or even to be sure of many things at the same time that might seem contradictory. Thats all
