Name: Roger Walters Nationality: American Stands Name: Placebo Ability: Whatever the stand touches, gains a red symbol wherever that thing was touched, only Roger and the thing that was touched can see it, and can not remove it by washing. The symbol inflicts pain akin to burning alive and being eaten at the same time. No damage is done. Only Roger can remove the symbol. It only works on living beings. It can also perform a flurry of punches, while screaming "Wayayayayaya"
