Donald Trump said they found Venezuela can alter the vote totals of our electronic voting machines and rig our elections. Former CIA officer Gary Berntsen confirms this. He says Smartmatic electronic voting machines are being used to steal elections from their office in Venezuela. The purpose is to have 150 Smartmatic engineers rig our elections and beat audits.

“The important thing to understand here is that Smartmatic has its office in Caracas, and it's co-located with the Consejo Nacional Electoral, the National Electoral Commission. And there's 150 Smartmatic engineers and 150 CNE engineers side by side.” He explains they have 14 different ways to rig our elections. They use a different method in each district so a pattern won’t be established. He also gives specifics on multiple other ways they are rigging our elections with electronic voting machines.
