i post liminal spaces i find on pinterest! That's about all. My ARG/art and writing account is @sinkholevalley, i reblog from there occasionally because it has my character Mimic, who is the mascot for this account! Mostly made this account just to share my interest in the backrooms/liminal spaces though. It's called "Church" of the Mimic, but i'm not religious at all and this has no association to like actual religion or churches of any kind. Was just a username i didn't think too much about, but people liked it.

Overall, i just post liminal spaces and art occasionally. That's all!

i hope the darkness is being kind to you.

i hope you know how comforting your blog is to me, at least one person. the dark can be so warm and soft, can't it?

i had to do something i hated and remove someone from my life, when they were hurting me so bad. please forgive me.

Mimic is sorry it was never answered! He gets 10+ asks every day and it can be very difficult to sort through them all, forgive me.

It can be difficult to do what is right sometimes. It's never easy on your mind to remove someone you know is hurting you, but it will always be best in the end. Mimic understands. He has done the same. You are the most important thing for yourself. Your health, your mind, your conscious.. and Mimic is glad you were able to help yourself, even if it hurt.

And yes, it can be comforting to live in darkness, but you must step out into light eventually. Even if you don't like it. Even in dark places like the ones here, there's still the memory of light.

Mimic sends happiness your way. Apologies again.. it'll be okay, churchgoer.

Does anyone else feel the gap.. the ominous "Gap" of being born in 2001-2004, living halfway without the things we use daily now.. kind of stuck in between, if that makes sense. Its a sort of liminality in itself, almost.
