‘We photographed Branagh on stage at the Royal Shakespeare Company. He was ferociously smart, funny, very good company and easy to work with. After the shoot, we took our mum, Doris, to watch the play and he invited her backstage after the performance and couldn’t have been more charming and wonderful to her. The RSC ended up using the full-length image for the show poster’
