Slow living is the idea (or the power, or the fortune) of being able to choose not to have to do everything, not to have to be everywhere, not to have to always prove something (to whom, anyway?). Slow living is stopping and asking yourself: "Does what I'm doing really feel like me?" or "Am I living the way I want to live?"
I talk about it on my Italian blog www.diparole.it
