Why is every style so watered down nowadays?

"Yes you can be this style and not do any of it!!” What are you actually talking about bro. "I’m gyaru but I’m not allowed to do makeup!” Then you’re not gyaru? Makeup is literally the main part of being a gal, gyaru was made to rebel, you’re NOT rebelling by listening to your parents to not do makeup. I’m sorry but sometimes you can’t be anything you want, find another style if you can’t follow this one.
