Garrett Backstrom is the first up and coming film maker we will be covering. We will be exploiting his work and some of the sets he has been working on while he is attending Loyola Marymount University. He created a production company his freshman year of college called "Drone ProShots" and has shot for Wiz Khalid's X Lil Uzi, Jody Watley, and many other big time music artist. Recently he directed a Maserati commercial sponsored by Tokina Lens company. He will be attending NAB 2017 to showcase his commercial.

Film Riot and Cinematographer Database

Both of these channels are killing the game in social media racking up hundred of thousands of views and informing many film makers who are trying to perfect there craft. They have branched out on all the social media platforms such and Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They especially are tacking advantage of YouTube because of how extensive some of their videos can be. They are both very informative and we hope to produce a show similar to these two channels! THROUGH THE LENS

We are a new documentary series that will showcase various types of film makers who are on the come up of being a top dog in the city of LA. We will be focusing on creating a show that inspires photographers, cinematographers, and anyone who is passionate about art. We will be going behind the scenes breaking down what type of gear they use and using actual shots from the project they are working on.
