What's wrong with cinemasins?

this guy has a few pretty good videos on it but generally the guy behind cinemasins is just a straight up dumbass. he lumps in a bunch of jokes with things that are supposedly legitimate criticisms (which are either things he got wrong or things he misinterpreted), doesn’t understand allegory (the whole snowpiercer bit where he kept asking how the train worked as if it was important at all in any way how the train worked) and really consistently and childishly makes that one shitty sexist lap dance joke any time a woman is on screen

This is ridiculous...there are multiple people behind CinemaSins.

there are way too many unfunny youtube channels of men straight up just complaining.

their viewer base is mostly made up of the same guys who hate “sjw” stuff, yet they love these videos of old white nerds spoon-feeding them their Opinions. it’s so obnoxious.

Look, The Rock and Kevin Hart are both likable enough that you expect at least a little something out of an action comedy starring the two of them. But when you do that... you're wrong. Because this movie is STUPID.
