Xav or Kye, whatever you wanna call me is cool ! I’m just here for a good time :) aka banging my head against the wall as I’m autistic and crave content.

Hey hey !!! Thank you so much for the compliment :3 I really appreciate it! Also if I can remember to I’ll try and tag you in any carer Dick or Tim posts I make if you’d like.
Feel free to request any if you would like to!! I love requests so much, they make me happy :) also you’re all good the message got to me !
I think?? You’re doing the ask game you pinned :3 (tbf im half asleep and couldn’t find anything that states if you do or don’t do writings/requests?) feel free to ignore this if I’m wrong !!
Anyways !!! Any thoughts about Jason Todd with the 🦭 and 🐇 emoji prompts?
Jason Todd:
🦭. Do they have any toys they play with while regressed? Jason feels like a regressed who’s enjoy making block towers. Or spelling out names.
🐇. Do they have any favourite plushies while regressed? A comically plush red teddy bear.
Jason Todd is such a nervous carer but once he figures out the kiddo isn’t gonna burst into tears over him simply existing he falls easily into the role
Canon doesn't exist to me, it's whatever I can make it. SO !! Jason is still running around doing his Crime Lord thing and kinda fighting with Bruce but he's chill with his brothers who sometimes visit him.
CW: Mention of gunfire
Jason hummed as he felt a tug on his jacket, he quickly finished writing down the string of numbers he needed for an upcoming mission. "Yes honey bunch?" Swiveling around Jason was met with a paper thrust into his face.
"JayJay look!" Tim giggled as he showed off his drawing, bunny faces littered the edges and in the middle was him and Jason sitting in a field of grass. "T'ats you JayJay, and theres me! We're havin' a picnic."
Tim continued to hold up the drawing as Jason coo-ed and awed over the little details Tim had included. "It's so beautiful sweetheart, do you want me to hang it up?" Jason knew that sometimes Tim got a little embarrassed about the things he makes, so somedays he wants to art hung up and other days he wanted them tucked safely in the manilla folder Jason kept full of his art.
At the prospect of his art being hung up Tim beamed, "yeah! Hang it up JayJay!" Jason pulled himself up from his swivel chair with a small groan as his bones ached; meanwhile Tim was bouncing around as he waited near the corkboard. The boy was talking the ear off one of his guards, excitedly telling them about his art and his plush beaver Kalvin.
"Alright bubs, can I see your art work?" Jason gave a quick nod to his guard who merely smiled and ushered the kid back over to Jason. Tim pointed out the spot he wanted it hung up at, just below his other artwork from a few weeks ago of a beaver and frog swimming. "Are we all gonna be friends?"
"Uhuh! The beaver an' frog gonna come to the picnic." Tim reached out and held Jason's hand as the walked back to the desk. Jason fell back into his chair and was about to swivel back around but Tim quickly clambered into his lap. "JayJay, can I help?"
Jason swiveled the chair back towards his desk and hummed, "let me see what I can have you help me with." Most of the work he was doing was for an upcoming drug bust - something that was NOT meant for little kids. Luckily though, "can you sort these papers kiddo? They're all named so you just need to group the names."
Tim nodded and happily began sorting the papers into small piles while Jason went back to crunching numbers. A crash suddenly sounded from outside before a shot rang, a moment later one of Jason's men came running in.
The gunfire spooked Tim and the slamming of the weighted doors didn't do anything but help to send the boy plummeting deeper into his headspace. "Papa.." Tim sniffled, trying to not let the tears fall.
"I'm here angel, don't worry I'll make sure nothings happened." Jason nodded towards the new-hire who had suddenly burst in, silently telling his guard to check on the guy and hope he had a good excuse. He'd previously warned everyone besides his close five that he was not to be disturbed today. Anyone who has been allowed in or out of the building was vetted by Jason himself and was personally made aware of Tim's regression. "I'm here honey, it's okay."
Jason stood up and settled Tim on his hip, lightly bouncing the boy as he hummed a lullaby he could vaguely recall. Tim fussed momentarily before settling down and moving his free hand that wasn't clutching onto Jason to his mouth. Between his fingers Tim babbled to himself and nuzzled his cheek against Jason's jacket.
Oh, he was deep into his headspace. Tim must have already been teetering on dropping smaller and with getting spooked he just fully dropped. "C'mon honey, let's get your paci okay? Those fingers might be icky, my work isn't the cleanest place." Jason brought them over to the duffel that Tim had brought and sorted through it with his free hand. "Here we go baby," Jason brought the paci up to Tim who quickly abandoned his hand for it, "that's better yeah?"
Tim continued to babble to himself as Jason got them both comfy on the couch, work could wait. "Really angel? What did you have to say about that?" Jason sat Tim down, holding his hand out for a moment to make sure he could keep himself upright. Once he was sure that Tim wouldn't fall he went back to sorting through the boys duffel and pulling out a few baby toys that Tim didn't drag out when he was in his kidspace.
"Papa.." Tim leaned forward, tumbling onto his stomach on the couch, the boy reached out and clasped his hands around his bottle. Jason bit his cheek trying to suppress the laugh he nearly let out seeing Tim pouting when he shook the empty bottle.
"Okay baby, I'll get your baba filled." Jason pressed a kiss on top of Tims head and sat a few toys in front of him before going to fill up Tim's bottle. While he could hand it off to one of his guards he knew Tim wouldn't appreciate that - yes Jason trusts his guards with his life, Tim is still warming up to them though.
By the time that Jason had come back his guard BlueJay was sitting on the couch with Tim bouncing his plush rabbit around and singing a song - probably one they had made up on the fly. "Well angel seems like you're still making friends with everyone." Jason picked Tim up as BlueJay let out an embarrassed cough and found an excuse to leave back to their designated spot.
"Alright, c'mere baby I think it's time for a bottle and nap." Jason's voice was soft, already trying to implement winding the winding down. Tim fussed a little at his pacifier being taken out but immediately calmed down at it being replaced with the bottle. "There's my sweet boy." Jason never thought he'd find himself caring for another like this but now that he was doing so he's glad it did end up this way.
Could I please request a Barbara Gordon toddler-re moodboard? Maybe some headcanons if you’re willing? Please?
Toddler Regressor Barbara!
I wasn’t sure what version (is that the right word??) of her you wanted so I went with Oracle, if you’d prefer Batgirl let me know!! I just know her as Oracle better :)
Headcannons under cut!!
Barbara likes her independence as a kiddo but she will start whining if her carer leaves the room they’re in together.
She always has to be able to look up and see them or else she gets really upset, she doesn’t want to be doted on 24/7 but she also doesn’t wanna be alone!!
She loves arts and crafts specifically stuff like paint by numbers or drawing characters/people for memory
Despite dropping to 2-4 her brain still sometimes feel fried, like wires that had run their course and now only know the repetition of their usage.
So playing with puzzles, paint by number, and other "challenging" kiddie toys/tasks Barbara is still able to plummet into her headspace yet still feel challenged enough to quell her nerves
When she plays with paints it has to be a prepped task, paint gets EVERYWHERE
Typically her carer will end up laying an old table cloth over wherever she is going to painting and making sure she's changed into an old oversized shirt
Speaking of clothes, Barbara LOVES anything oversized with super long sleeves, she adores "paws" as she calls it (where the sleeves drape over her hands)
Surprisingly she's not too picky of an eater, the only issue is she HAS to have a stuffie at the table with her and it also HAS to have a plate or she will refuse to eat out of guilt
"They're hungry too! Can't eat until they have a plate!!"
She’s always indulged and the stuffie will get a small plate of whatever everyone was eating
Barbara gives the strangest compliments whenever she’s regressed
Yknow how people say toddlers have no filter? Yeah that rings true for her
“You’re weird.”
“That’s not a compliment kiddo”
“Yeah it is? I like weird people.”
She’s frequently told some of the other bats that they’re the “good scary people” whenever she’s small
This is based off of my headcannon post where I mention how Dick found out about Jason's regression!!
Warnings: Injury (Ankle fracture, stab wounds, stitching) and dissociation, quick mention of bile
THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A DRABBLE...BUT ITS 1.3K WORDS
Jason tumbled in from his window, his right foot had gone numb and made every movement feel like pulling teeth - pain shot through his ankle and radiated throughout his foot and calf. It didn't help that pain throbbed through his arm where the hilt of a blade still stuck out. Jason wasn't idiotic enough to rip the entire think out so he simply broke the handle off and kept fighting; somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that his movements got sloppier the longer the fight drew on but there was nothing he could do about it.
The hardwood floor quelled the ache in his bones and while he'd love to lay there on the cool floor all night Jason was pretty sure that would end in extreme blood loss and another trip to the after life. Yet, as he tried to force his body up to take care of his wounds his mind reeled back resisting settling into his own body and dealing with the pain shooting throughout his limbs. A weak whine settled into the air as Jason forced his grating arm to dig in his pocket and fish out his phone.
Blearily Jason sorted through his contacts and clicked the first one that somewhat resembled Dicks name, a few rings later and the line clicked through, "what's going on Jay? You usually don't call me, especially this late." Shuffling sounded through the line as Dick waited for a response.
"Nee' help, can't move Dick." Jason's brain seemed to fog over more, unconventionally dealing with the pain. Faintly he could hear the jingling of keys - Jason will never understand why Dick felt the need to add keychains to his car key ring. "Patr'l went poorly."
Dick huffed out a small laugh, "I can tell, you don't sound good Jay. I'll be there as soon as I can be." Through the haze Jason could barely make out the sound of Dick hanging up and making promises that won't matter (none of them will be retained). As the pain ravaged his body Jason fell further and further away from his body, everything began to spin and blur now that he could actually focus on himself instead of simply surviving.
Jason wasn't sure how much time had passed, suddenly Dick was in front of him though. His older brother's hands were fretting over him, attempting to bring him back to his body and help ease the pulsating pain. As the world finally came into focus Jason could make out a small smile on Dick's face, "hey Jaybird, you ready to get off the floor?"
Soft, that's what Dick was. Dick held a softness in his bones that covered Jason like a blanket and threatened to drown him in familiarity. The way his brother held his cheeks and examined him for any distress, the way he patiently waited for an answer, the way he involuntarily treated him like he was a kid.
A fog began to settle back over Jason's brain, this time it was like Dick, soft and comforting. "Mmhm, help?" The world felt too big and harsh for Jason, it was something he had experienced before when he had awoken from nightmares or come to after bad episodes. When he was alone this feeling was startling, yet it seemed to whisper a solace that he'd never find otherwise.
With someone else here, Jason found himself leaning into the feeling and plummeting into the fog, trusting that Dick would catch him. "Of course, Jaybird, c'mon let's get everything looked at." Without a second thought Dick crouched down and picked up Jason, resting the man against his hip. Dick deftly maneuvered through the house, avoiding side tables and countertops as he made his way to the bathroom.
Jason was sat on the countertop with his leg draped across the sink as Dick worked on unclasping the boots that Jason always insisted on wearing for patrol. As the right boot got tugged off Dick sucked in a breath, "oh Jay that looks bad." Dick tilted Jason's ankle to rest it again the cool ceramic though quickly adjusted it as Jason whined and tried to kick his leg away at the pressure. "Okay, okay sorry bud."
While Dick wasn't entirely sure he did have a wild guess at what was going on with Jason; it made sense with everything his brother had been through. When he stayed with the Titans Dick had witnessed a few of them regress when things had gotten stressful or whatnot. And right now? Everything he saw in them, he sees in Jason his baby brother.
"I'll get you all patched up kiddo, we just need to get those wounds looked at." Dick helped Jason pull off his jacket and compression shirt, trying his best to not aggravate the obvious shoulder wound (who knew a shoulder could bleed so much).
Once every wound was carefully examined, including Jason's head (Dick couldn't be too careful, a concussion would also explain some things), Dick hooked his car key off of his keychain and handed the jingling lanyard to Jason. The keys rattled in the boys hands and made quick work of distracting him from the gentle presses and murmurs Dick was doing while working on Jason's ankle.
Jason fiddled with the keychain before finding a small tempura plush, "soft." Dick looked up from bandaging Jason's ankle and tried to hide his smile at Jason figuring out that the tempura actually squeaked too, "squeak!" Squeak after squeak filled the room as Dick continued wrapping Jason's ankle, making sure it was thoroughly supported and would heal back together correctly.
The next time that Dick looked up the tempura was fitted between Jason's teeth as he gently gnawed on it, "what- Jay bud let's get that out of our mouth." Dick cautiously pulled the keychain out of Jason's mouth and tried to ignore the guilt that pooled in his heart at Jason tearing up. "I'm sorry baby but that plush is yucky, I haven't washed it recently."
Dick pretended he didn't see Jason begin to chew on his fingers, mentally he added pacifiers and bottles onto his shopping list for his baby brother. "Okay, birdie this is going to hurt a lot, but I need to close up your wounds or else you're gonna get real' dizzy." Dick swallowed the bile that rose in his throat from the idea of hurting his baby brother (even if unintentionally).
Jason hummed quietly and curled in on himself a bit, just enough that he felt comforted, but that Dick could still reach his wounds with ease. Isopropyl alcohol was poured on a clean rag before being gently wiped over Jason's wounds, blood still bubbled out but it was slow enough for Dick to thread and begin a vertical mattress stitch. Jason whimpered and tried not to fling himself away - he knew this was necessary.
A short while later, two stitches were done and tied off, and Jason was once again bundled in his brother's arms as Dick apologized and pressed kisses all over the boy's face making Jason giggle and try to push him back. "Dee' tickles!"
"There's my bubbly boy," Dick pinch Jason's nose before lifting him up, "let's go wind down on the couch birdie, it's way past a little boy's bedtime." Jason shook his head against Dick's shoulder, silently fighting this newfound bedtime. How dare his older brother care about his sleep?
Jason was sat on the couch with his foot propped against his coffee table once Dick had gotten Jason comfortable he sat down next to him and pulled the boy into his arms while reaching back to grab one of the various blankets Jason kept there for nights he crashed on the couch. "C'mon bud, lets get some rest."
I'm willing to write any but I only just now got into DC (specifically the bats (cough Jason cough)) so anything featuring them will be quicker! I'd want to research other characters beforehand so I can try and accurately portray them!!
Also I take requests for pretty much anything? Moodboards, paci edits, outfit boards, drabbles, and oneshots!
Headcannons Under Cut || I do take requests btw !!
Ranges between 1-3
While that seems like a large gap there isn’t much that changes really which makes it a fun guessing game for the Bats
The main difference is that when he’s 3 Jason can walk by himself (that doesn’t mean he wants to, he will whine and cry silently to himself about it)
Oh my goodness, he’s such a crier too! He tears up at everything !!
Not many things can send him into a full blown meltdown though, he’s only ever had them twice and it was an absolute shock for everyone around him at the time
He will not slip younger than 2 with anyone besides Dick, nobody knows why but it’s like there’s just a mental block
Now if he’s with just Dick beforehand and then someone else shows up? There’s nothing much they can do about that one they just try and make sure it doesn’t happen
Jason chews on everything !! Fingers, clothes, books, everything that can get in his mouth is chewed on
He’s chewed on Dicks hair before
When he’s 1-3 he tends to call Dick papa, if he’s middle regressed he calls him Bubba or Dickie (depends on how old he is)
Jason absolutely Loves playing with Damien when he’s small (though Damien does sometimes need to be reminded that Jason is a baby and can’t play swords or other dangerous games)
Jason is absolutely spoiled by everyone in his family and you cannot convince me otherwise
He’s somehow accumulated a drawer full of different pacis, bottles, and teethers
Yet he still only uses the set that Dick first got him (he sobbed the day that he accidentally bit a hole in the plastic but dick assured him it could be fixed)
Cass takes every “mission” baby Jason gives her with the utmost seriousness. What do you mean it’s just filling up his bottle? It’s a top secret mission the two of them shared shh!
It’s absolutely involuntary at first, he doesn’t even know why but sometimes he’s back to being 12 and wanting to scream at the world
Usually happens after bad PTSD episodes
He’ll sit at his kitchen table, gnawing at his fingers as he doodles pictures of his family or characters in his books
Jason once broke into the manor when regressed and tore apart his old room until he dug out a dusty NES system (he cleaned it all up afterwards)
Sometimes he prints out old schoolwork papers, basic math and English problems - something about solving them settles the ruckus in his brain after bad episodes.
He doodles on all his non-work jeans, stars, smileys, and comic onomatopoeias all litter his denim
The first person to find out about his regression is Dick
Jason called him one night injured and half dissociated unable to get himself off his living room floor
When Dick got there Jason had already plummeted into his headspace and was sniffling
He argued with Dick all night that he was definitely a big kid and just needed a reminder on how to wrap a sprained ankle and stitch up wounds.
The night ended with the two cuddled on the couch as a documentary played
Dick begins spoiling his brother rotten after that
One day a switch shows up on his balcony with various games and a small note taped on to it
“Noticed the NES kiddo, not telling you to get rid of it but here’s a newer model <3 - Dick
Luigi’s Mansion 3 quickly became Jason’s favorite of the newer games
Jason has burnt his hands multiple times on the oven trying to make himself food
He never believes he’s small enough to require his brothers constant attention and help - he’s 12! He can work an oven !!
He has repeatedly tried to patrol while regressed
Each attempt has ended with Nightwing right beside him, holding out an orange juice box
“Hey Red, think ya been out long enough? I’m pretty sure it’s all safe tonight.”
Jason will always pretend he doesn’t absolutely preen at the attention and care his brother gives him
