also, i’m not sure whether you mean by “despite being a ghoul”. i mean there must be ghoul doctors out there and due to ghoul’s heightened regenerative abilities, i would imagine that they’d take to surgery even better than humans. plus, for some trans women, just hrt alone can cause considerable breast growth.
anyway, please direct me to the panel in the manga where touka says “i’m a cis girl” and then we’ll talk about what’s canon and what isn’t. until then, headcanoning touka as a trans girl is just as legitimate as headcanoning her as cis.

basically there was a tumblr post made by some twerf that was like "if you're a trans woman you need to stay away from other lesbians no one wants anything to do with your ~girlcock~" and ignoring the obvious transmisogyny of defining us by our genitalia and excluding us on the basis of being trans, it upset me as a trans ace lesbian because nothing could be further from my actual lived experiences being in a romantic relationship with a cis lesbian. not every romantic experience is sexual and twerfs know this but a post like "trans women only want to kiss other women and emotionally support and comfort them and hold hands and cuddle" would never get made because it requires challenging transmisogynist stereotypes and clearly twerfs are incapable of original thought. trans women are so powerful and radical we challenge transmisogyny every single day.
