all things considered i find it interesting that wesker’s last words were him screaming chris’s name while burning in lava and i wonder the thoughts chris had about that exactly because it goes so so deep actually. like romantic or not you agree. that was chris’s captain. like that’s the guy you talk to on breaks about your stupid boring plans for the week and he trusted wesker with his LIFE and wesker turns on him and develops some sort of obsession with him and makes it his plan to kill him and like. all of the earth. and he just never could. had him at gunpoint how many times and never acted on it. and it was all lies and betrayal. but there was a time that he was a friend. and chris just has to live with that
