clearly, you like someone who is introverted
someone who doesn't like being in the spotlight and would rather stay behind the curtains
maybe because you feel the same way
you know, the stares of strangers glued to your body is just too much
you may also be attracted to someone who can think logically in times of panic
but at the same time gifted with wide imagination and creativity
you like someone who appears to be calm and collected
a person who is not outright or 'showy' with their feelings but you somehow still kinda get their own love language
someone who holds an intense gaze and a smile so rare that you want pocket each memory
you don't mind a lowkey date
like a domestic date, staying indoors and doing nothing sounds like the best plan for you
tho sometimes you two would go out and socialize but after ten minutes or so and a quick exchange of glances
you two are on your way back to your place
sometimes preoccupied with your own hobbies but that's okay
your s/o would call for you from across the room patting his thigh for you to sit on
you cuddle for the next minutes.. hours, even
indulged in your own world where the two of you only exists
you like someone who is hard to guess
a mysterious type, i mean
they have layers that you find amusing to unravel
that behind their mischievous smile and sly coated words is a depth that not most people get to see
and that's what lures you into them
you are attracted to someone who thinks differently
and a person who is honest
someone who is not afraid to point out your flaws in the (nicest way possible ofc) leaving you room for growth
someone who is perceptive and loyal
although at first glance they might be the type but your s/o is someone who values long term relationship and cherishes the memories shared by the two of you
you may find yourself with them at the mall
you both like the thrill of beinc impulsive and put all the decision making to universe
it lifts the burden of being indecisive too
like the old rock papers and scissors
losing the petty game, you let them choose which restaurant to eat at
and because they love you so much of course they will choose what they want and what pleases them
at this point, teasing equates to affection for the both of you

you will find them in the sidelines watching everyone do their thing
and they know it if you had a bad day by just the way you eyebrows curve or your lips twitch or maybe how your tone lowers when talking to them
your person isn't straightforward, per se
they won't tell you about your shortcomings but rather they want to hear it from you
and when you do realize the areas you need to improve on they will tell you how proud you make them feel for acquiring an interpersonal relationship with yourself
because that's what they are as a person
they are intuitive and aware of their surroundings
they say the perfect words in the perfect timing
dates with them are pretty casual and lowkey
i figured they aren't into expensive things since they give value small memorable moments
waking up early to prepare for hiking is one of the ideal dates
upon reaching the top of the mountain you sit down with them
eat your prepared meals and just talk to them about anything from down right random things to a more serious topic
and being with them is enough for you
you couldn't ask for more
you know what? i can only think of one thing
dopamine is a "feel good" hormone so most people only associate it for happiness
but that does not end there, it's also responsible for a person's level of motivation since it increases your alertness and focus
but what im trying to say here is you want someone who'd pull you up when your down on your bum sulking
you want someone who would push to do to better because they are aware of your potential
you want someone who wouldn't take the weight off your shoulder but rather would motivate you to carry them yourselves
it doesn't matter how long it would take you
because they will be there for you, waiting for you until you can finally get up for another battle
they won't spoil you with sweet words about life
instead you'd find yourself cackling with them about how depressing reality is
you learn how to see things in a different perspective
they're like fresh air to you
for the dates i think they would be the type to show the world that you guys are together
like they aren't afraid of showing public affection
they love holding hands, waiting for you after practice, making you laugh, and most of all they love it when you tell them how much you love them outloud
even if lev is a huge and seemingly intimidating man in haikyuu this dude radiates innocence
you know how kids are so competitive to the point that they don't care if they aren't as good as the others?
you like someone who doesn't get easily disheartened when things don't go their way
you want someone who is hardworking
for sure, they would do anything to reach their goals
and though they can be so focused on reaching their goals you also like someone who knows how to have fun
you know the journey to growth is extensive like the end point stretches pass the horizon
so you want someone who you can happily be with in that journey
you want someone who is a risk taker
a person who doesn't cower when faced with challenges
you also like someone who has a colorful personality
someone who is unique in a sense that they are unpredictable
being with them feels like having a bestfriend for a s/o
so going on a dates with them comprises of them going to your house at midnight just to ask you if you want to go around the park
while drinking coffee or hot choco and just talk about anything
even if you're not the type to act impulsively
being with them would allow you to go beyond your boundaries
suddenly getting ice cream at 2am in your pajamas isn't so bad at all
