I keep saying to myself that I will get back to exercising and eating healthy but it's so bloody hard to resist fast food. Lately I've been feeling like a complete pig. I need to loose a bit of weight, my skin is horrific and I just generally feel gross. I told mum that we're going to go running in the evenings, I would even like to go early in the morning some times but it's just hard to start the routine. I'm lazy and I need to snap out of it!!
