as an aroace i love pacific rim so so much. yes the robots are so cool, and you know i love to see big monsters infesting the waters and reminding humanity of their fragility. all that already puts this movie so high in my board BUTTT the fact that the main couple is not even a couple but just two people who trust and respect each other??? and they care for the other and work great together it's just UGH my favorite thing EVER !!! and the forehead touch at the end is my everything
