Just checked, this is a shelf cloud, a type of arcus cloud that usually signals the coming of severe weather. This is actually fairly normal behavior for shelf clouds, I think it’s just that the video is really close to the squall so it looks extremely ominous.

Update 2. My ribs are visible in my back and my shoulder blades are constantly visible because of my posture. My hipbones are visible. You can count my vertebrae til my lower back by sight. My knees bruise each other when I sleep. Still see myself as I did before.
