would Feline Hyperesthesia Syndrome (FHS) ever be added to the mod? It's when a cat experiences sudden, brief bursts of physical and behavioral symptoms (like rippling skin, extreme touch sensitivity, dilated pupils, frantic grooming/biting, etc).
We just have a special interest in disorders + cats so we were just curious lol.
Maybe! If someone suggests it in our discord so we can get more info on it we'd be more likely to do it! Just right now nobody has suggested it to us afaik

confession i never disliked the idea of cats having their disabilities cured (i'm talking about briarlight specifically) in starclan. if i (disabled person) died and went to heaven and i still had my disability i'd be so mad i'd shove my fingers so deep into my head and split my skull apart vertically

What's the rates for cats to get permanent disablies/conditions, I have a clan at 60 moons old and none of the cats in it have anything under the conditions tab
Hello! So sorry it took so long to answer these asks.
I could NOT find it. If I remember correctly, it has a generation of 90, but we are struggling to make cat generation more common. Even when we lower it to one, it seems to be about a 50/50 shot of getting a disabled cat.
If you want to get more disabled cats, feel free to follow the tutorial in the Discord to increase the likelihood of getting more disabled cats!
yo! i have a cat in game who, despite having had no events saying hes a system, is getting events phrased like hes are one. He has the alters tab, with no alters recorded, but gets stuff like "Icefoot(Snowypaw)-", any idea why its happening?
This is an intentional feature for systems before they discover that they are systems! It is meant as a sort of early reveal for the players!
Hello, I love your mod. However, every time a same sex couple adopts in my game, they have a bad relationship with their kits, same one that she cats have after turmoiled litter. I was wondering if it was intentional, and if so, if there’s a way to turn it off like there is for straight couples. Thank you!
It is in fact a bug we're trying to fix!
Autism Update!
A long requested update, Starwalker has finally been changed. After long rounds of voting in our discord server, Starwalker has been offically replaced in all code as Prismatic Mind.
Is there a visual guide of all new accessories anywhere? If not, could I perhaps get a list? Not for any particular reason, just curious, so no pressure ^^
There is! In fact, there is a visual guide made by Wheek for all the DADM code!
I'm sure you get this question semi-frequently, but does the game auto update when actual changes/updates are implemented or will I need to manually update it? Like does a thing pop up like on LifeGen where it says "There's an update you wanna download it?" Or do I gotta pay close attention to the discord or something? (Off anon and asked here solely so I know for sure the question will be answered and I'll see the answer)
Currently it does not auto update, sadly. We usually do Discord wide announcements when we have a new stable release, which is infrequent. As for source updates, we have them semi-regularly, and they require manual redownloads from our GitHub!

Ah! That would be because we have moved away from using nightly. Good catch! The current link is still the github link and this one
