In the middle of a pandemic, COVID-19 has been full of stress, misery and difficulty. It's exceptionally troublesome times, however a smile can create a place of difference. For the citizens of our country, COVID-19 pandemic brought an unbelievable experience to humanity whose families were urged to stay at home, and the government decided to put the whole country in lockdown. As we watch TV news, we suspect the awful side of Coronavirus, which incorporates lethal quantities of diseases and deaths, financial problems, and then some companies are going under. It's imperative to discover motivations to smile and laugh during hard times. Keep your spirit up, and the confidence for your family. “Love & Happiness”

Happiness is best achieved through living an ethical life. A good life is a happy life. Good relations and taking responsibility not only make a happy life possible; they are happiness itself. No one can be happy all the time. But you can approach happiness with a good family, a good friend, a good government, good enough possessions, and adequate health. Each person determines what gives him or her happiness. To love and be loved is the beauty of life; many people yearn for peace, love and happiness myself included. Love brings happiness that is what we are made to think from very early stages in life.

What makes me happy?

Having good grades, friends, money, and family is one of reason that makes me happy but when I am going to be happy? Playing mobile games is also a platform for my happiness and also going out with friends. Love brings happiness that is what I made to think from very early stages of my daily life.

My takeaway for todays lesson is that happiness lies in the enjoyment of the achievement and also moments about love between our family, friends and our obsessions. Lastly is that Happiness is a direction, not a place.

“Combination of gift and ability”

I do believe that it is possible to combine the potentials of two brain hemisphere. If the two capabilities of brain combined so it signify that working with the two brain hemisphere can reinforce our abilities and talents. Normal people who are capable of using each sides of the brain are astute and so called "perfect". In fact, if the two brain hemisphere are functional so it would affect our ability to learn and also we doesn’t need to think critically. In addition that the two sides of the brain are attach to have a unity in terms of working together and also sharing ideas. 

My takeaway for todays lesson is that it is okay to be not perfect, neither a smart one. We have our own ways to define our self, we have different talents and skills. The only way to know more about ourselves is to explore things that we haven’t done yet and to go beyond our limits. The question is, What's the point of being a smart if you're not having fun? It is important to be contented for what god is giving to us and to be thankful for the things that we owned. And let us remember that it is better to be wise than to be smart.

“Just Breath”

Stress is a natural feeling of not being able to cope with specific demands and events. However, stress can become a chronic condition if a person does not take steps to manage it. Stress is a normal part of a student’s life; You can experience good or bad forms of stress from our school, our assignments, our body, and our thoughts. In times of stress, the best thing we can do for each other is to listen with our ears and our hearts and to be assured that our questions are just as important as our answers. If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath. 

My takeaways for this today’s lesson is that doing something that is productive is a great way to alleviate emotional stress. Get your mind doing something that is productive.

“A stamina for myself”

Growing up is never been easy. You hold on to things that were simple at the beginning but as we continue the word “difficulties” were exist. As a grown up we wonder that what is about to come tomorrow. One day, in times of hardships we must remember that knew it is time to let go of what had been today, and look ahead to what would be for our future. Growing up is never straight forward. Most of us won't see one another after graduation, and even if we do it will be different. What's more, when we look back on tough times, we can be proud of how we dealt with the challenge and remind ourselves that life does get better.

My takeaway for today’s lesson is that we as an adolescence we must don't waste our time chasing after success or comparing yourself to others. There is one thing that you’re better at than other people: being you. This is the only game you can really win.

“Forgiveness is just another word for freedom”

Forgiveness is an act of forgiving someone who made you something wrong. I do believe that God says there are no limits to forgiveness toward others or ourselves. In the song “Forgiveness” by Matthew West it portrays a story about a mother dealing with the death of her daughter at the hands of a drunk driver. This remarkable story and others like it bring peace and healing to the one needing and the ones giving forgiveness. We must remember that God’s faithfulness and healing, ends with the story of his ultimate forgiveness through the message of salvation. 

1 John 1:9: If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Pause for a Thought: As a young individual we are well as seeking to restore the straying, gently disciplining the erring and forgiving the repentant. Learn to accept reality as we accept people to be part of our existence.
