one time i hit one of my plugs up like “aye im tryna cop a pack” and then i get a text back saying “this is his girl, he’s in jail” i was almost on the verge of tears. Help pls perhaps

My boyfriend and I have been dating for eight months. We have grown tremendously together and it's been such a rewarding love to share with another human.

However recently he's been having horribly vivid nightmares of me cheating on him. He won't go into details claiming it's so painful. These drastically shift his mood and cause him to over think.

I've never been unfaithful or even wanted to leave. I have reassured him and I validate his feelings and thank him for opening up a little and sharing. I think him externalizing it will help, but he's still having them almost nightly. It makes me so sad. He then questions my thoughts and projects onto me.

I don't know how to help anymore or what the next step should be. Any advice is appreciated. DM or reply
