Duly noted: Stop using the word paralysis unless we actually mean paralysis. Example, when describing ADHD or executive dysfunction.

EDIT: Example! I have hemiplegia. That means paralysis on one side of the body. It is entirely different from my ADHD and autistic intertia, or rather Friction, freezing me up so I can't move. Those are not my literal physical muscles in my limbs, which paralysis actually hits. And I completely understand the annoyance and frustration of having to correct others who mistake executive dysfunction for physical inability.

ergo, "paralysis" just means “besides loss” or “next to loss“ as in “similar to loss” or “something like loss” or “abnormal loss” or “fake loss” (as in non permanent loss)

SO the “temporary loss” or “short term loss” of something

Which is extremely fitting for ADHD executive dysfunction because the whole “yesterday I/you could do it”- thing is one of the most frustrating parts/accusations of ADHD
