with sparklers for sure!!!! i think theyd spend it with meg and dwight naturally just them being the closest together but theyd have their own separate time as well ❤️ i think both of them are autistic so they'd prefer sparklers instead of full on fireworks... pretty but not too loud :)

the reckoning i like to think of as a pre entity sort of vibe. the other two songs feel more like, the loneliness claudette and jake seem to share imo. i have a drawing inspired specifically by sunburn but it's got that short lived love feel to it, the way they meet in the fog and their relationship is fleeting in a way..

i have a playlist but it's old so it might be kind of ass now. this other playlist was made by one of my twt mutuals and it fits them as well!!

I don't know if you have watched apothecary diaries but i feel claudepark will fit very well in the anime/manga setting, with claudette as maomao(both are knowledgable about plants and are said to be intelligent and though their personalities are very different, they both are neurodivergent in some way,not confirmed in maomao's case so far but she seems neurodivergent to me), who is an apothecary, and jake as jinshi, the court eunuch([spoilers but jinshi actually has a way higher position than a court eunuch but he feels extremely pressured by it] similar in claudette and maomao's case, their personalities are very different but both want to escape from the pressures of their lives and have a complicated family.)

i havent watched it but ive heard good things so i believe you compltely and it sounds really close to them... I'm thinking of visions

i guarantee if you've already gone through their tag on Ao3 you'll have seen all of these before. theyre all fairly short except for the very first one.

Nightmares - this one isn't claudepark specific, but it's what got me into them in the first place + butch lesbian jake in particular.

If its alright to ask, could you give recommendations of Japanese and Korean artists who draw claudette? I see them draw jake alot but rarely I see claudette.

the dbd artists i follow r fairly diverse so i dont know if i can rec a Lot of jp/kr artists who draw her. on twt @/tori_si_ro has drawn her a few times, @/rainbowbird_dbd has drawn her a few times, @/datakey_00 as well.

my greatest advice though is id just try to widen your horizons bc she's not as popular with jp/kr artists, you could look on pixiv and probably find some older art of her. i see her more often in joke comics/posts or one off drawings on there as well, but id be careful cause there is whitewashed art of her there 🙁

these arent jp or kr artists but ill suggest some whose claudettes i really like- @acrel-is-acrel is probably her biggest fan rn (now that im not spamming her tag lol) @spookychiptune, @minadoodlesblog also have drawn her cutely.. @warmilkopi isnt super active on here w dbd anymore afaik but her old claudette art is also really good. @yui-kimura / @m0ssdr4ws also has drawn her quite a bit! these are mostly mutuals of mine, but i trust their art and opinions so. i wish i could recommend more artists specifically what you asked but most of the jp/kr artists i follow for dbd post trickster and Rarely draw claudette if at all so they wouldnt be what youre looking for </3

BRAHHH i like this idea my half pakistani jake hc comes back for this... unfortunately im a #Flop desi who hasnt watched any desi films except like. om shanti om as a kid and saiyaara recently. which i wouldnt use as an idea for them only because i kinda hate that movie. but goddd.....

Thoughts on Claudepark au where jake is a forest nymph and claudette is a botanist who enters into the forest where he resides to study a rare plant.

OH MY GOD THIS IS A REALLY FUN IDEA . i wanna draw something already... jake's watching claudette from a distance while she takes pictures and notes.. he's wary at first and wants to stay in his solitude but he cant help but notice how gentle claudette is.. and they naturally have to meet when jake falls out of a tree and embarasses himself . Grins
