I believe I’m not the only one who have found inspiration in Adrian’s work. I’m not exaggerating if I say; his incomparable music has a huge role in my day-to-day life. And for that, I’ll be eternally grateful to him. (On the pictures; the Northern Hungarian Mountains and a Fire Salamander, 2017 October. These photos always remind me of that song..)
“...meditation is about observing. “Walking” from one thought to another. Letting them pass by. And as you turn inside of this torrent, some things seemingly cease to exist. You don’t feel the world to be erased around you… you just somehow “forget” about it, like it’s never been there.
Unlike you would expect, you don’t want to get lost in thoughts along the way. By the nature of your mind you tend to fall into this “trap,” but you should avoid that, because it blocks the entire process. What you need is a fine line between focusing and letting yourself go. It’s exceptionally difficult, especially in the beginning, but with enough routine, and using the right methods, it’s possible to get used to it. I wouldn’t say it can be learned, since it isn’t exactly something that you “do.” I would say, one needs to find a way to get accustomed to it. It’s more like something that happens almost automatically after you manage to insert a certain mindset into your stillness.
Like you can only prepare to it, and then just let it happen by itself.
… an experience like no other.”
