Finally that's over... or nearly so...
I may have drank a few of the cocktails I had stored away in the kitchen. -makes a face before smiling- I know you were going to volunteer. It doesn’t mean that I have to be happy about it. -shrugs- I’m just happy you’re okay.
I am not surprised. It's probably good I left the pub safely locked or people would have been drinking liquor like there is no tomorrow. [Clay smiled back at her and shook his head slowly] I didn't expected you to be happy. I was concerned about you, wondering how you were doing in here, wondering if you were stressing out. I wanted to be here, but I also wanted to make sure that you'd be safe from the walkers... that everyone would. [He sighed, he would probably regret saying some of these things, but right now he was too exhausted to pretend he didn't care as much as he did, he was just glad they were both safe and sound] Could you maybe stop crushing me and get me some food instead? [he asked jokingly, although he was indeed starving]
