my genuine question is why is sigma not getting the same negative treatment ashe got after her release?

instead of a generically designed white woman it’s a generically designed white man which is even worse. and yes just because he’s not conventionally attractive doesn’t mean his design isn’t generic looking. he literally looks like every evil/‘crazy’/scientist old white guy from media which is why he was being compared to literally all of them (gru, lex luther, tf2 medic). not only that but he’s also extremely insulting to anyone with mental illness as he’s currently making a complete mockery of psychosis right now. and im sorry, is a white MAN really what we need in the overwatch roster right now??? like yes lowering the diversity of the game is exactly what overwatch needed.

im genuinely so shocked at the positive attention he gets when he should be getting triple the negative attention ashe gets. also (white) people are Genuinely thirsting over this ugly white man because all that’s left of the overwatch fandom are white creeps and freaks.

Firstly, Sigma is literally the first white male character added to the game since the intial launch three years ago. Secondly, I'm sure "wHIte CreEPs and FreAKS" aren't the only ones who like Sigma as a character. I (a black female) think he's pretty cool and so do my siblings (whom are also black). The color of someone's skin shouldn't determine whether they're a good character or not. I get that you would like another character of color (so do i) but that doesn't give you the right to bash on others for enjoying a character that doesn't fall into that category. but hey that's just me .-.

oh right, this is tumblr. where some random person can determine the race of others based on the fact that the fact I haven’t posted anything.
