You can tell someone has your Venus sign in them if they are the first one who notice your appearance, poise and manner like if you are stress or something, or glowing.

I've never seen any strong placements of Aries in charts having a good relationship with Scorpio moon or Scorpio degrees at Moon.

Look for the 11th house in your natal chart; this is how others treat you. Example: if it's cancer,  they are kind to you, easy to forgive you, and such.

The moon is not always representative of your mom/mother (unless there is a feminine aspect). For instance, if the Scorpio moon is in the fifth house, it indicates that this individual has a very strict dad than mom.

Nope, your 12th have a missing planets. This is "placidus system" so you might think you have some planets there. Anyway, I have to say more like aquarius since your sun conjunct with eight house with aquarius on it. Plus, your personal planets placed in 11th house. With these placements, there is also Aries (mars) influence in traditional astrology while Pluto influence in Modern Astrology. Sorry for late reply!
