Let's continue to keep Lexa and Clexa alive through all of this amazing stories we can create, this especific time through Canon Divergene universes. Here are the themes that won for the upcoming Clexaweek22! Day 1: Tuesday, March 1st - Vintage AU

A retro/past decades au. There are plenty of options for this! An early 20th century au where Clexa are suffragettes. A 90s grunge Clexa. A 10th century knight!Lexa princess!Clarke au fighting dragons. 70s Clexa at the disco. Shakespearean Clexa. Anything in the past, whether based on reality or fantasy, have fun with it!

Day 2: Wednesday, March 2nd - Trapped AU

Are roommates Clexa somehow stuck together in quarantine? Are enemies-to-lovers co-worker Clexa stuck in the ice box while closing their shift? Does a sudden acid snowstorm on an alien planet force Clexa to take shelter and cuddle naked together? You decide! 

Day 3: Thursday, March 3rd - 6 Years Later

Ahh, reunions! Are Clexa exes who had a sad breakup in college and they’ve just ran into each other six years later in another country of all places? Are Clexa old best friends who lost touch in middle school and find themselves at the same college together, freshmen sharing a room? Does Wanheda disappear for 6 years and return? Instead of dying in 307, was Lexa instead hidden away and lost her memories, and six years later finds Clarke?

Day 4: Friday, March 4th - Arranged Marriage

Must Clarke marry Heda Lexa for the sake of their people? Do modern Clexa get married to fake date for a spousal visa so one of them isn’t booted out of the country? Are Clexa exes who are somehow forced into a marriage when a dying relative lists that as a requirement of the will? 

Day 5: Saturday, March 5th - Reality TV

Does Lexa help Clarke realize she has a soggy bottom during an episode of the Great British Bake Off? Does celebrity Clarke find herself in over her head when wilderness expert Lexa takes her on an episode of Man vs Wild that goes all wrong? Do exes Clexa catch the room on fire during an intense episode of Chopped? Survivor, America’s Top Model, Nature Documentaries, the Circle, Bachelorette, the list goes on - go wild! 

Day 6: Sunday, March 6th - Be Gay Do Crime

Are Clexa notorious villains that wreak havoc on a city, or are they chaotic goods who act as Robin Hood to their village? Is Lexa an art thief that runs into artist Clarke when she’s trying to steal her work? Is Clarke a graffiti artist that shop-owner Lexa catches vandalizing her walls? You choose!

Day 7: Monday, March 7th - Free Day

For free day, you can do anything you want. You can even use it as an Update Your WIP day!

Please be aware that ever since the show ended last year, there has been a dedicated troll out leaving hate (deranged, nonsensical hate not even coherent enough to read, most of the time), mostly targeted at new pics. PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE TROLLS. It is tempting to argue with them. They are so dumb they’re like low-hanging fruit, very easy to roast. HOWEVER, they are trolls, so they want your response. Please try to turn off anon comments on your fic. That has helped. If you get hate, please promptly delete the comments, that way the anon doesn’t get the attention they want, you don’t have to deal with them, and readers don’t have to be upset seeing hateful comments in your fics - not to mention this troll has also been attacking other commenters in fics, which could discourage people from commenting on your work as they might not want to be dragged into a fight/attacked by some troll. So please just turn off guest commenting on your fics.

Sometimes fake fics are also posted for attention. Trolls make throw-away controversial fics to spark outrage and attention, and sometimes indeed get plenty of comments and heat for it. This does nothing but give them what they want, and a fic cannot be reported when it is properly tagged. This, like the previous paragraph, requires fandom etiquette - DON’T LIKE DON’T READ. Ignore troll fics so they fade away into obscurity due to lack of kudos and comments and hits. 

Most importantly - COMMENT ON WORKS YOU ENJOY! Even if it’s just a keysmash, comments mean the world to creators and help keep them engaged and inspired to create. Let’s flood the fandom with positivity and kindness!

Clextober is NEAR!

Let’s celebrate all things Clexa and one of the best seasons of the year! 

We’re talking fanart, fanvids, fanfics, mood-boards, photo manipulations, videos, fic recs, the works. You don’t have to participate every day. You can pick one, or three, or any combo you would like. Listed below are a few ideas to get your creativity going, but they are by no means strict guidelines. You do you, boo! 👻

Day 1 - Red, Orange & Yellow All things Fall here. Cozy sweaters, flannel shirts, apple picking, changing seasons, fall festivities, sports team colors, bonfires, hayrides, baking, raking leaves! 

Does Clarke keep stealing Lexa’s favorite orange sweater, much to Lexa’s annoyance? Does Clarke’s red scarf fly off in a blustering autumn breeze only to be returned to her by a striking stranger with chestnut hair and the greenest eyes she’s ever seen? Is Lexa new to town and bumps into the most gorgeous woman she’s ever seen while at the annual Fall Festival? Does Lexa’s neighbor, Clarke, offer to rake her leaves for her, and while Lexa is very particular about her lawn care, she can’t say no because the thought of watching Clarke do manual labor is far too tantalizing? Does Clarke hide in a pile of leaves, waiting patiently to scare Lexa?

Day 2 - Pumpkin Spice Pumpkin patches, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin carving, pumpkin spice candles, all things pumpkins! 

Do Clarke and Lexa brush their hands as they reach for the perfect pumpkin in a pile of pumpkins? Does Clarke mercilessly tease Lexa for her exorbitant candle obsession but finally give in when she stumbles across the decadent scent of pumpkin spice candles? Is Lexa a barista who makes the best pumpkin spice latte on the planet and Clarke just has to stop by every day, for the latte of course, not the alluringly hot girl making it? Does Lexa bake Clarke, her new neighbor, pumpkin muffins as a welcome gift?

Day 3 - Monster Madness Vampires, werewolves, shapeshifters, graveyards, aliens, beasts, frankenstein, demogorgons, creatures!

Is Clarke a human suddenly caught up in a civil war between the reigning vampire queen, Lexa, and the werewolves who are trying to overthrow her? Does Clarke lose a bet and has to walk into a graveyard at night, but just as she’s about to totally chicken out, her crush shows up daring her to go with that infuriating eyebrow raise of hers? Are Clarke and Lexa star-crossed lovers, destined to be together but forced apart by ancient traditions? Is Lexa the captain of the USCSS Nostromo, and Clarke is the new Executive Officer who insists it’s a good idea to land on an alien planet? 

Day 4 - It’s Haunted For Sure  Haunted houses, ghosts, urban legends, myths, campfire tales, creepy slumber parties, a spooky thrift store find!

Does Scaredy Cat Clarke try to put on a brave face when her best friend (aka her crush) insists on telling the creepiest stories she’s ever heard at their annual Halloween sleepover? Do Clarke and Lexa attend a haunted house with their respective dates only to wind up clinging to each other instead? Does Clarke buy an old radio from a thrift store when Lexa had a bad feeling about it, only to find out it has a mind of its own? Is Clarke a makeup artist for a haunted house and has to get up close and personal to a VERY gorgeous Lexa? Do Lexa and Clarke buy a house from the 1800s that Lexa insists has charm only to find out the place is being haunted by the little old lady who used to live there? Day 5 - Magic & Mystery Spells, potions, broomsticks, black cats, wishes, curses, witches, magic, murder mystery parties, Clue, escape rooms, unsolved murders, serial killers!

Is Clarke suspicious that Lexa might be a witch because of her massive collection of candles? Does Clarke find an old photograph of a gorgeous woman hidden in a dusty trunk only to be sucked into said picture and meet the mysterious woman from another time? Is Lexa a true crime fanatic who lures her girlfriend on a tour of the most infamous crime scenes in the country? Does Clarke go to a murder mystery party super confident she’ll figure out the murderer before anyone else only to be completely thrown off her game by the annoyingly aloof and beautiful Ms. Scarlett, aka Lexa?

Day 6 - Party Time Costume party shenanigans, clubbing, bobbing for apples, Halloween bar crawl, cider tasting, nighttime festivities! 

Does grumpy Lexa get dragged to a Halloween bar crawl but really start to enjoy it when she keeps running into a progressively tipsier (re: flirtier) Clarke? Does Clarke start a micro-cidery with her friends and decide to launch it on Halloween night, which turns out to be the best idea ever when the reporter assigned to cover the grand opening is none other than her former college crush, Lexa Woods? Do they click at a costume party but have no idea what the other looks like because, duh, costumes? Does one drunkenly confess her love for the other because she’s dressed as Wonder Woman and Wonder Woman isn’t afraid of anything? 

Day 7 - Free Day Happy Halloween, everyone! It’s FREE DAY! 

Didn’t see a theme that you wanted? Missed a day but now you suddenly have a brilliant idea? Today’s YOUR day.

Day 7- Thursday, September 30th: Free Day on Canon Divergence

Your time to fully explode your imagination. Baby Grounder Clexa? Baby Arker Clexa? Teenagers? Grown old Heda and Wanheda in love since that first war they ended together? Mundane Grounders Clexa? Where Lexa isn’t the commander, and Clarke was born on the ground? Mundane Arker Clexa, with neither Abby nor Jake as big influences on the ark, girl next door but in space and gay. Anything and everything you want!

Day 6- Wednesday, September 29th: Future from any Season

As explained before “Future from Any Season” means “X Years/Months after Season X Fix-it” For example, “3 Years after Season 2 Fix-it” Not necessary to fully explain -write said part- how such season was fixed, just some always needed Clexa fluff on your own version of Canon divergence, on any future time.

Domestic Clexa in Polis? Many years after fixing every problem Clexa lives happily at a cabin in the Woods? Cuddling by the fire, cooking together, hunting dinner together, waking up together! Maybe babies? Did Lexa’s magic fingers get Clarke pregnant? The other way around? Maybe they adopted a couple (or a bunch) of kids, how about seeing them interact with them? All of this can happen maybe on another planet, or space. The routine of monthly visits when Clarke goes back to Arkadia and Lexa stays in Polis? Political trips that they turn into their little sort of vacations. Clexa at the beach? Clexa at Sanctum’s castle? Clexa on Sky Ring? Clexa at the farm house? There’s so much to choose from, so many ways to show each other how the writer of the 100 should’ve done it.

Day 5- Tuesday, September 28th: Set on Season 7

Clexa on Sky Ring? 👀 Growing old together? 👀 With Dyoza and Hope, so Madi is not alone? 👀 Maybe Octavia too? Maybe the other couples as well? Bringing Wonkru would be dangerous considering they always end up fighting, but could be as well. Disciple!Lexa. God!Lexa. Fix-it of the final, God!Lexa is or transforms into the real Lexa and stays with Clarke, or she transcended from the flame or Madi’s mind or whatever excuse you want to use, no one would judge you! 💖

Season 7 was really crazy so just anything you found interesting or thought would be great with Lexa there. If nothing inspire you maybe continue whatever you did for day 4: Set on Season 6

The 100: Stars Rewritten - Season 1 [SNEAK PEAK] Clarke is stirred to consciousness by the sound of voices and clamoring in the distance. She opens her eyes to a blinding stream of daylight shining through the grate above her and has to squint to take in her surroundings. She blinks the spots from her vision as her eyes begin to adjust. 

She seems to be in some sort of tunnel with a crumbling ceiling and dilapidated ceramic tile walls. She recalls images from her studies on the Ark and determines her prison was likely a train station before the bombs. 

As Clarke shifts slightly to get a better look around, a white hot pain sears through her shoulder and across her chest. She clenches her teeth together in an attempt to stifle the cry of agony clawing at her throat to escape. She shoves down the panic rising in her chest at the thought of what her captors will do to her when they discover she is awake. 

The memories of crossing the lake and being impaled come flooding back all at once. She braves a glance down at her right shoulder. Clarke is surprised to find it neatly dressed with strips of torn cloth. The wrapping is secure and much cleaner than she would have expected. She makes a mental note of the skill used in tending to her injury, something she would have to contemplate later.

Her left hand trembles as she reaches to lift the bandage and inspect the damage. Quickly trying to process the shock of having a gaping hole through her shoulder, she can barely fathom how she is still alive. One inch to the left and the spear would have gone through her lung. The wound is packed with a green mush that smells less than pleasant. 

She winces as she smooths the wrap back down. It’s likely that the force of the spear broke her clavicle. She sucks in a breath and tries to lift her hurt arm.  She can barely lift it a few inches before black spots begin to swim in her vision. She squeezes her eyes shut and holds her breath until the pain begins to subside. Clutching her shoulder, she takes one more look around her prison. In that moment, she realizes her right arm is useless and likely the least of her worries. Her head slumps into the palm of her left hand. Her body trembles as her tears begin to fall. Fear and panic take residence in her bones.

Day 4- Monday, September 27th: Set on Season 6

Sanctum Clexa, oh so much to do! Fluffy or Smutty on the Eligius spaceship after they wake up from Cryo. Clarke holding Lexa’s hand as they land because the Commander is scared of turbulence? Sign me up! Clexa walking through the forest, getting into the beach together, cuddling by the fire. Lexa saving Shaw from the radiation shield so Raven doesn’t lose another boyfriend? … please? Thank you? Protective Clexa over each other and self destructive on the red sun? Protective Clexa once they found out that Madi made it down? Hell to the yes! Is Aden Heda so Lexa has all right to leave in search of her daughter? Or is she still Heda? Is Lexa now Aden’s mentor cause she gave the flame to him? Maybe the primes aren’t bad on this version of season 6? They notice who the leaders are -Clexa- and give them a room in the castle, or they easily help them build their own radiation shield to have their own city and Clexa gets a house. Maybe a time travel fix where Clarke did go through hell alone after season 3 and now she’s got the chance to bring Lexa back or go save her. Or does she see her as an hallucination of the anomaly?

Day 3- Sunday, September 26th: Set on Season 4-5

Wanna get dramatic and see how Clarke fights her mom to stop taking blood from Lexa in Becca's lab? Won’t complain. Clarke and Lexa making sure the clans don’t go to war for the bunker after they figure out about praimfaya? Do they stay in the bunker? Does Lexa leave Aden as Heda in the bunker and they go to space? Does someone else stay to pull the lever and Clexa goes to space? Or make it easy and no one has to stay nor die for a change!

Is Clarke the one who has to stay behind, but Lexa won’t leave without her so she stays too? Wanna tell us how they survive and deal with being alone on a dead planet? Soft Clexa moments? Clarke calming Lexa’s nightmares because the Commanders are angry? Does Lexa still have the flame? Lexa reassuring Clarke that her friends are fine, that she’s sure they made it to space? Does Madi clearly likes Lexa more than Clarke when they find Shallow Valley and Clarke’s not having it? Are Clarke and Madi making fun of Lexa because she can’t understand how driving works? Does Clarke love to see Lexa teaching Madi how to fight? -Spoiler alert, of course she does-

Does Lexa want to teach Clarke how to fight just because she loves the cute grumpy face she makes when Lexa beats her? You like the drama of the show? Tell us how Clexa deals with their people trapped in the bunker, or with the Eligius crew. Will Lexa just head on kill all of them immediately to protect her family? Will she and Dyioza get along?

Day 2- Saturday, September 25th: Set on Season 3

Wanna keep the role reversal? Go ahead, show us how Clarke would show Polis to Lexa. Grounder Clexa walking around Polis? Barking at some useless skaikru? or even just taking a bath in their private quarters? I’m here for all of it! You don’t have time to write the whole fix of season two finale? Say it in two words and move forward to writing some Domestic Polis Clexa, or maybe long distance relationship while keeping the politics of the clans clear of any war. Do you think the CW stole some really good Clexa scenes on the Polis tower -coughcouchanddrawingcough- give it life with your own words, drawings or paintings! Wanna fix 3x07? Give me all you’ve got! Don’t feel like 3x16 was enough? Fix that as well!

You want to write about the Natblidas, but not Titus? Let’s pretend he never existed and it was Gaia all along! Extra kudos to whoever finds the funniest way to kill Titus! I don’t care if it makes no sense, just kill him! ;)
