Climbing the Poetry

Hi, everyone. I'm Jordan and this is my poetry blog. I started it for myself but, since privacy is somewhat overrated , I've also made it available to all you internet people. Just a single smile is enough.

The thought of him turns my eclipses into moons.

I don't relate

and I'm incongruent

like a puzzle piece that looks like it fits into an empty space but

upon closer inspection

doesn't fit at all.

And so after trying

space

after space

after space

with the hope that maybe this will be the one where it belongs,

I eventually realize that this is the wrong puzzle for my piece

and the right puzzle

(if it's even out there)

is probably under some pile of old clothes, or boxes, or magazines.

I don't have time to go looking.
