Hey, I’m Carter and I’m a trans boy. I’m not going to go into this long story about my childhood and how I knew back then because honestly, it’s been 2 years since I discovered my identity. I want to transition from a female to a male and my parents aren’t the most supportive. My mom is the least supportive. A couple months ago she beat me until I told her that I was a girl. And then the next night she kneed me in the stomach and choked me. And DFCS has done nothing at all. My dad doesn’t like the idea of me being trans, however he knows he can’t change how I feel. Nonetheless, he could possibly allow me to transition, however since our insurance doesn’t pay for it I have to get my own money. And since I’m only 15, I have yet to acquire a job. I wish to transition before I turn 17 and I need donations towards that.
