Hi guys! As of February 12, 2024, I will have these tonight open as donation commissions for a couple of palestinian charities. If you can show me receipts of at least 80 usd worth of donations to e-sims for Gaza, purchase of keffiyeh from hirbawi, care for Gaza, or insulin for gazans along with a couple of other personal palestinian mutual aid posts I have collected, I will draw for you a square portrait! Just wanted to post this as a heads up!!

if you are unable to donate financially to help palestine, you can donate your time by protesting, boycotting, and putting up posters!

if all you have is your device and internet access, you can put your clicks to good use on arab.org. they use the advertising revenue generated by your clicks to help good causes.

gaza has just been completely cut off from the world.

after increased intensity of israeli aistrikes tonight, the last cable providing communications was destroyed. telecommunications have been completely cut off. they cannot reach one another. they cannot reach paramedics. the red crescent society has completely lost contact with their branch in gaza. nobody inside can reach anyone inside, and especially not outside of gaza to tell us what is going on. this is a complete atrocity.

al jazeera has managed to maintain infrequent communication with their journalists in gaza. from their reporter wael dahdouh: “we are not fine. body parts are everywhere, missiles are targeting everyone, and the bombing hasn’t stopped for a second.”

do not stop talking about gaza. they are trying to commit genocide in the dark. do not stop talking.

so much sorrow and horror and disgust in my heart. i have no words. peace and freedom for the people of palestine. those who have cheered on and profited from and turned a blind eye & uncaring heart to apartheid and genocide must face justice. i could make a list of atrocities - 42% of housing units destroyed - the white phosphorus - the hospitals and bakeries and places of worship - there is no water. fuel. electricity. the list goes on and on and on. this is the result of an apartheid enforced by a colonial state. i cannot imagine how the people and their families must be feeling. one of my dumb little drawings does very little i know. but it's what's in my heart
