Like holy shit Desscaras has access to DOZENS of very wicked and likely VERY powerful Majiks, and she refuses to use them on PRINCIPLE. She serves as a living prison for all of them. If she had acquired uroro as planned he would be right down in the abyss too probably.
Like even AGAINST THE WORLD HATER in Hoitaka, SHE DOESNT CAVE. Like the temptation must be insane, they are constantly screaming at her and she just doesn’t use them. SHES basically been fighting with both hands behind her back this whole time.
And The abyss is so integral to Desscaras’ function as a witch it’s her fucking title. THATS her purpose for the witches association. Living prison. Holy shit. Do you think she earned the title at the same time she became a full fledged witch. At fourteen. How long as Desscaras been the keeper of all these majiks??
