Tim gave her a small smile when he took the fry from her. He'd been hearing that question a little too frequently lately and it wasn't like he could talk to Steph about it. Telling her about Tim's problems was crossing a line he really wasn't supposed to. Nor did he want to. His time with Stephanie felt like the only time left where he could be normal. Not pitied for what happened to his father or scolded for how he was reacting to it... he just just Robin when he was with Spoiler. It was all he needed to be. "Yeah, Steph. I'm right as rain." He said, taking his attention off her and putting it back onto the building they were watching.
"Let's see..." He said, quickly trying to change the subject to solely the game they could play. Kicking his feet and raising a hand to cup his chin as he thought. "There's I Spy? 20 Work-Related Questions?" He joked, giving her a grin. "We could always make a game out of how many bad guys we take out tonight. Whoever gets the most by sunrise gets to dare the other? And they must do the dare."
"Right as rain? How old are you?" Stephanie stifled a laugh with the back of her hand as it attempted to fall from her lips, a note of pleasure hidden within the noise. Robin was an old soul trapped in a 20-something's sculpted body. Just looking over the rippling muscles of his biceps would provide no indication of the old man that resided inside his brain. One of the things she enjoyed most about Robin, besides the fact that he was great at keeping a secret, was that he was unlike anyone else she had ever met. There wasn't a single thing about him that reminded her of anyone she had ever met in Gotham and it reflected in the way she felt around him - only him. Stephanie's heart stumbled in her chest, bumping clumsily into her ribs.
"20 Work-Related Questions?" The blonde quirked a brow, a mischievous glint dancing along with the stars that reflected in her eyes. "Like what? Who's the coolest Rogue you've ever single-handedly taken down?" Spoiler already knew that a game like that would remind her of just how inadequate she was, living in the shadow of real heroes like Batman and Robin. "Now that is a game I can get behind. Do we have to tell each other the dares now or can we come up with it later?"
