This has been a very humbling week. I pulled something in my right shoulder and was forced to sit still 7 days. Not having my right hand was scary.... very scary. As the days went by I felt a little better each day but 3 fingers 🤦🏽‍♀️ today as @deepergenius.acupuncture finished working on me and I got dressed I was able to zip my pants! #GODISGOOD 😢 #selfcare is important people.
