Nerves
Heading to practice jumps. Am I one of the highest jumpers in the world? Or the #1 highest jumper in the world? Nerves are on edge wondering this to myself. wooosaww
I live life each day as if it was my last. I’ve learned that each day is a gift, and I’ve related these principles to my fitness, using each day to the best of my ability to achieve my goals, not pushing them off until tomorrow. I try and relay these views of mine upon my clients when I train. I aim to motivate. With motivation comes great things. With that being said, many people motivate and inspire me as well. I have been through many experiences in life, many bad, many good, these experiences are not success nor are they failures --> I believe these experiences are what mold my character, as I believe everyone should take perceive their good and bad experiences as the same. Every able minded person on this planet has potential far beyond comprehension, myself included. If we can tap into 1% of this potential, then I/we/you will be far ahead of the majority of our population.

Gravity, Don’t let it keep you down
- Devon Redmon
Visit my facebook to see what's on my mind about athletics. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Devon-Redmon/303541226343380 As I come home from training hard on my power. My shins are sore from olympic lifts, As I get ready for my attempt at beating the world record for jumping onto an object without moving my feet., I think about why I'm doing this. And I realize it has nothing to with anything other than not falling victim to gravity.... I ran into an unavoidable thunderstorm of emotions reflecting on my life, and how much it's changed... In the attempt to create a video showing only highlights of my success, I could create nothing else but what you're watching now...This is my un-calculated expression of my emotions. A montage of my past 6 years in the rawest form. This is my story, and I feel that if it helps motivate one person, then it was worth it's creation and my exploitation. I wouldn't be where I'm at if it wasn't for the stories I've been inspired by, and the experiences I've learned. Live life, defy gravity, live inspired. Devon Redmon
