Dsmp was my everything in like 2020ish and I honestly still fw Tommy, Tubbo, Jack manifold and others I think I forgot who else was on it other than the main people.. I'd also like to say Dsmp still infests my art especially since c!Tubbo inspired a few oc designs and Tommy inspired a few oc plot lines.... I am truly unchanging LMAO. Anyway I'm currently in horrible art block but I really wanna draw so expect detailed art of shit like Lollipops.
I have not been posting so here is small art dump of things I definitely haven't posted here yet...
And if you're wondering what I've been doing all this time, I have been playing Minecraft and Roblox.(ā ā¢ā āæā ā¢ā )

World's smallest update on the Harry Potter au but I'm trying to think how they're appearance may change in such a different setting but my brain has locked onto these designs it's so hard to not default to drawing them this way š
I've been thinking about TMF in Harry Potter au (mostly cause I feel like it's destined to exist) but in not sure which houses the characters would be in.. I was gonna default jomies to Slytherin but I'm not sure, and even tho u grew up with Harry Potter I'm not a die hard fan so if theres anyone out there who knows TMF and Harry Potter well I'd appreciate suggestions for houses... I honestly just really wanna draw them doing cool magic I'm gonna be so honest.

here's my takes for the music club:

luke and milly's are obvious but i'll elaborate on the rest.
jake is ambitious, and he has a thirst to prove himself (like harry did!). he also has an edge of viciousness slytherins are so notorious for, as he saw nothing wrong with his bullying of the music clubānot to mention the audio, because just doubting your friends' loyalty is different from saying all those things in the heat of the moment. if jake had been a less of a vicious person, he wouldn't have said the "hailey can't even sing without me because of her stupid stage fright" bit because, again, believing he's still doing this for daisy, that sean had betrayed him, is different from bringing hailey's worst fear into it.
i believe that the sorting hat would've told him that he could be a gryffindor, because he could, because he has the bravery, the need to be a savior, but his need to be great, to be loved, far outweighs it. thus why he would refuse the hat's offer and join drew in slytherin instead, grasping for a sense of safety and familiarity.
(also, he's a classic pushover, so i think he would've been insecure and doubting the hat's claim that he could be a gryffindor in later years.)
anyways. i often see zander and hailey as ravenclaws which does make sense but i personally believe them to be gryffindors. gryffindors are stubborn, hot-headed (milly), and have rigid morals. that definitely describes zander (and i think the chivalry trait fits him too).
HAILEY though... at first i was skeptical about it but honestly, it makes senseābecause she is brave. let's not forget she was bullied in middle school too, but she didn't let that break her (the parallels with jake go crazy). that takes a whole lot of bravery. plus, she's also a leader, which gryffindors often are good at being (like harry and hermione!). she keeps everyone motivated and is the backbone of the group.
sean... before i get to that i actually have a small drabble? of jake's thoughts in a universe where the events of tmf take place in a hogwarts au.

What he wants, is Hailey's understanding smile and soft voice. What he wants is Zander's sharp wit and the rigidness of a couldāve-been-Gryffindor. What he wants is Milly's fierceness and Luke's kindness and Seanā
Sean, who stayed up with him late at night and told him how the hat told him he'd be well suited to be a Slytherin, who smiles soft with an edge of sharpness, who doesn't ask for touch or help or anything at all but Jake knows he needs anyway, who Jake thinks is the one person he has loved the most honestly in his whole life.
Who, at his core, is a survivalist.
(And a couldāve-been-Slytherin.)
And Jake loves them. But does he fit here, in the forgotten music club room, with the people who love him despite all he's done to hurt them?
(Does he deserve it, at all?)
...did i mention i talk a lot?
the sean part was mostly inspired by snape and slytherin harry aus. i don't think sean has the capability to do the things snape did, or the desperate need to be great the way harry did, but he does want to be loved. it's possible he learnt to be sly and cunning to avoid his parents (since i headcanon his homelife to be exactly like snape's in a hogwarts au).
but sean is still loyal and sweet to the coreāthese are the two paths a man could take. snape chose slytherin to be great, sean chose hufflepuff to be loved (just the way harry chose gryffindor to be with ron).
other castings i have: all the jomies and the jomie girls as slytherins (because duh, although lia's case is interesting but this is already pretty long lol), hufflepuff daisy (it just makes sense for the golden girl to be hufflepuff), ravenclaw stacy (mostly for the aesthetic but she does remind me of cho), hufflepuff sadie (it would be hilarious to have the emo/goth be a hufflepuff), hufflepuff elliot (although you could go the neville route with him and making him gryffindor), gryffindor faye and dominic (weasley twins reincarnated!??!?!?), and slytherin bradley (boy lowkey reminds me of snape in his hogwarts years but more in a socially awkward sense).

OH THIS IS SO PERFECT THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'm in love with your explanations and I will be crediting you with any and all Harry Potter TMF au stuff from now on... I have slightly different ideas for the events in the au but these housing choices are so perfect, I will definitely be finally finishing the books and rewatching the movies to fully understand what to do LMAO... again these are so good I love your brain . ALSO I also find Lias case interesting but do def see why she'd be Slytherin.. also also do think the Neville route with Elliot could be super awesome considering the spin off series features him trying to be more brave but def like the Hufflepuff route too ..

I am reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Mohamad S., who is facing one of the most challenging times of his life. Mohamad is 37 years old and left his homeland in 2015 in search of a safer and better future. Heās a kind, hardworking man, and his small family has always been his greatest priority.
Living abroad, Mohamad has recently endured unimaginable loss and financial strain. Amidst the ongoing conflict in his homeland, his mother passed away, leaving behind his sister and her five young childrenāthe last remaining members of his immediate family.
As the situation worsened, Mohamad managed to help his sister and her children escape to safety in Egypt, covering their immediate needs and securing a temporary refuge for them. Since then, he has been fully responsible for providing everything they need to survive during this transition.
In his efforts to support his family and cope with this devastating loss, Mohamad has found himself deeply in debt. To make matters even more difficult, he recently underwent knee surgery, which limits his ability to return to work for the foreseeable future. This has made it even harder for him to manage his financial responsibilities and the pressing need to provide his family with a stable future.
Mohamad is now working to bring his sister and her five children to join him in Belgium, where he hopes they can find stability and opportunity after all theyāve endured. This transition, however, requires significant resources that he is currently unable to meet alone.
For privacy reasons, we are not sharing Mohamadās full name, as he has chosen to keep his identity discreet. While he initially refused the idea of asking for help, I couldnāt stand by and watch him struggle alone. I insisted on doing this for him because he deserves a chance to overcome these challenges.

Like voidDAMN I feel like im on fucking Pinterest with the amount of actual hate iām seeing on fictional TEENAGERS. Iād tell the people who have those takes to look back on their own high school experiences, but I wouldnāt expect them to have gotten to high school yet with those critical thinking skills/silly/nsrs.
Please, PLEASE for the love of GOD take more than 5 seconds to look at these characters.

Its such an awful and dismissive way to view the world. This is coming from someone who has been bullied for YEARS, by the way. Saying that people cant change or āare irredeemableā when theyāre that young just enables people to keep going because they think theyāre incapable of change.
Whether theyāre fictional or not, its a shitty mindset to have. People change, and people arent evil for being stupid teenagers.

TMF college & coffee au!!! First Chapter will be about the coffee aspect of the au mostly about Drew and kind of about Luke + their coworkers! It starts when they're all around 18-19 years old in their first year of college. (Characters like Milly and Elliot are in their Senior year of highschool) very excited to post about this au after about a year of it brewing in my head. Little warning, I don't have much experience in making comics like this so everything will start out a bit wonky (ā ā„ā ļ¹ā ā„ā )

In tmf, the club is an allegory for being queer. I may or may not elaborate depending on how much hate I get.
So I feel like this discourse gets kicked up every couple of months, but Iām particularly frustrated by it, so now Iām making a tmf confession š¤Ŗ
Drew=Objectively Bad Person
Bam. There, itās been said. As of now, the way he was left in the end of season one, heās still a bad person. He hasnāt made any efforts to genuinely change, hasnāt owned up to any of his mistakes.
That being said, it doesnāt mean heās a poorly written character. Heās very well written. Heās complex, and makes for a good sympathetic antagonist, because you can see where heās coming from in some ways. As far as his and Jakeās relationship goes. Him bullying the music club is inexcusable. And defending that is wrong (as much as I feel meh about the club and really like Drew)
Him being a bad person also doesnāt mean you canāt like him as a character. He has traits that make him likeable just as much as he has traits that make you want to flick him in the ear.
I love Drew. Heās my favorite character. Because heās complex. But heās also a bad person. And a bully whose lot yet redeemed himself (though I have full faith he will in season 2).
In conclusion: you can like a a character whoās a bad person without defending their bad actions. You should be able to say you like Drew but also admit heās a bad person. š§āāļø
